“Quiet neighborhood, great for getting away and having some relaxation. Enough room and privacy for family gatherings. Recommend renting the pontoon to visit the flats; take a right straight into the channel and you won't miss it. Good local food; Lazy Lizard has great food and atmosphere. Host responded a couple days after our reservation but made sure we were good during our stay. Coffee makers could use some cleaning. Overall great stay.”

“A beautiful place to stay with lots of room for several family members. Very clean home close to many stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful view and screened in pool. Numerous seats around the pool. We highly recommend this house and if in the area again wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Mary is a wonderful host who gets back to you very promptly. ”

“The house was nice and located on a canal where you could catch fish. We were a large group of 6 people, and we love to cook.There was a grill outside and we were able to use that.The only issue was the floors weren't clean like we would like, so we wore our shoes in the house :-)”

“Let me start by saying Linda was a great host, she was very responsive and answered my text very quickly and worked on solving any issues that we had, the house was great for a guys trip, house on the water ( we had a boat), hot tub & pool and plenty of living space, it is a little dated but overall a great place!! “This rental property is right on the magical Weeki Wachee River and has a private dock with steps going right down in the water making it easy to use the kayaks that are provided. The unit has a wonderful screened in deck where we stayed much of the time to enjoy the view of the river. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire apartment is roomy and comfy. The property is very private, and it is perfect for us. This is our second stay here, and we plan to come back several more times!”

“Amazing. Exactly as listed. A perfect place for 2. Everything was clean and the AC kept the room very cool. Check in went exactly as stated and there were no issues at any point. There were camping chairs, beach umbrella and sand anchor, beach blanket, and more that really enhanced our beach day. Little things like K cups provided for the coffee machine, filtered water pitcher in the fridge, and some snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. “What a great place to stay with all the amenities of home and being able to enjoy the beautiful river view from the back porch and yard, paradise for sure. Karen and Alex are excellent hosts and are always available to assist with any questions or issues. Also, it's really cool to see dolphins and manatees swimming in the river. We rented a go boat and that made it a nice way to see the river at a leisurely pace. Can't wait for our next adventure at this river home.”

“The little house on the river is adorable! Everything about that home made it feel so cozy and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I with our kids.
