We arrived late on Monday night. Reception staff was excellent and helpful. One of them also speak spanish. It was our first time in this new hotel. We visit Hershey every year for the Antique car show. Room was clean and had a very good layout.

Great hotel, staff was pleasant and helpful. This hotel was open less than a week when me and my boyfriend stayed there, parking garage very clean, continental breakfast was delicious. This hotel is also 7min from Hershey park was very convenient, I definitely recommend this hotel if you want something close to Hershey park

Such a nice well organized new hotel. We stayed there along with our son and his family. Only complaint is that we had a very noisy street room on the 1st floor. Would recommend a higher room.

There was five of us and they put us in the smallest room and the pull out bed didn’t even pull out all the way because it hit the bedframe. And breakfast wasn’t good at all

New hotel.. issues with WiFi.. had to call a help number and took 15 minutes to get WiFi.. unnecessary time that should not have had to do. They blamed it on being new.. that should have been worked out!

It was very clean!! I’m usually a fanatic when staying at places making sure the reviews are good with no bed bugs and no roaches. This hotel had very good reviews, newly done, no roaches, and no bed bugs!! Being the hotel is new, they did explain to me that the heating is just getting used, therefore, that’s why there was a burning smell. We turned the heat up because it was cold and randomly after it’s been running for a bit it smelled like burning hair. Another thing make sure you turn the shower head towards the tile wall not have it straight or towards glass wall. The water leaked if it was wet on the edge and went under the glass wall all over the floor (pictures uploaded). It happened to both me and my cousin who were staying. I liked that you needed a room key to get onto the floors. It ensures safety for the people who are staying at the hotel. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Breakfast is free and was delicious!! Staff was accommodating putting me and my cousin on the same floor. The guy who was working when we checked in didn’t explain how much the total was he just said “you can tap here” and we saw the charge was higher than it said on Expedia. I spoke to another staff member, a woman, she explained it was a holding fee that the price we booked it would be what’s charged on the card after we checked out. This was a nice stay and very close to Hershey Park. Only a 10 min walk to get into town. We will be staying here again in the future!!

The hotel opened two weeks ago in Hershey. Checking in the staff was very friendly, made it quick and easy and even offered recommendations for restaurants even though we didn’t need them. It’s right on Chocolate Avenue and you can walk to shops and restaurants. It was brand new. The hotel was absolutely spotless and immaculate very well appointed, offered free breakfast every morning and even had a deck with grills for families to use. Love the gym and the water bottle hydration stations on every floor. The room was spotless, the bathroom was a great size and very nice. That was super comfortable with lots of pillows and a down comforter. There is a living space with a sofa and a coffee table, a very large lighted desk and a great title kitchen area with a very large fridge and freezer, not a typical little hotel fridge. They thought of everything! The closets were amazing and had these wired drawer baskets for easy storage with a light inside the closet and double doors. I usually do not unpack in hotels, but I did for this trip. There is even a little storage cubbies for makeup and hair products right outside the bathroom. The staff was exceptional and so friendly. Everyone I came across said hello and asked if I needed anything. I can’t say enough about this very well appointed hotel right in the heart of Hershey. I look forward to staying there again in my next trip in town.
