This is a beautiful resort with a lot of potential. The rooms were modern, clean, and very spacious, which we really appreciated. We also had a great first impression as the staff greeted us warmly and allowed us to check in hours early after arriving from an early flight.
That said, there were some service inconsistencies. Housekeeping took up to three days to remove dirty glasses and plates from our room, and even after placing them in the hallway, they remained there for hours. We also experienced issues with the resort’s card machine, which we later confirmed with our bank was not an issue on our end. The staff did offer to send us breakfast as a gesture, which was appreciated, though we declined.
The food and beverage staff were always friendly and kind, but service could be slow at times. It was common for empty drinks to go unnoticed for extended periods despite staff walking by multiple times.
The resort is family-friendly but also offers adult-only pool sections, which is a nice touch. However, none of the pools were heated, which was very disappointing. Given the cooler spring weather, the pools were not enjoyable at all, and if the resort is open during this time of year, heated pools should really be available.
Evening entertainment was available nightly but fairly average. We did not use the spa as pricing was quite high.
Overall, this resort has a lot going for it, but improving service consistency and pool usability would make a big difference.
