“Property is on a very quite and what it seems to be a safe neighbor. We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. We happen to stay on the hottest day on the history of London and the room was hot but be were received by a fan that was in place and on when we arrived late at night. “Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

“Ontbijt was goed, evenals het diner. En vooral het personeel is super vriendelijk. Wanneer ik in de buurt ben zal ik zeker overwegen hier weer te verblijven!”

“It was too overpriced for the overall quality. At least it had a bed and a bathroom with toilet. However, pricing is ridiculous for what it offers.”

“Clean, close by transport.”

“La habitación limpia, pero el moviliario i el estado de la habitación, demasiado antiguo y sin cuidado. No estava la calefacción puesta y hacia frio aun i con el pequeño radiador de inducción”

“La zona era muy alejada, por otro lado que tuviesen algo de desayuno durante todo el día estaba muy bien ”

“The staff and host were very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 25 minute walk to the metro station. Excellent English breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.”

“NO RECOMENDABLE Y MUCHO OJO CON PAGOS OCULTOS O PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA.”

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”
