Overall, this is an amazing cabin that we hope to stay in again! Pros:5 Star Service. They respond quickly, are effective, and are understanding. The cabin's. Even the closets are room size. There is lots of seating and amenities. There were towels galore which was a concern. The kitchen was well equipped. The layout, as shown, with the glass and pool centered was great for seeing everyone and maneuvering the space. The location is amazing, with a great view of the lake and hills/mountains while also being in great proximity to stores (including groceries) and restaurants. There's a room that's not shown that's an extra lounge and office area with a desk, sofa (pull-out bed), and tv in it. The con of this is that this is why they say it sleeps 20. However, the place really can sleep 20 comfortably depending.Cons:There is some maintenance and extra cleaning that could be done. There were "not working" signs throughout the home, including on doors. The speakers in the pool room don't connect to anything. HVAC and water heater highlights: rooms on the same floor experienced different temperatures, "hot spot" in the foosball area, multiple cold showers, and the pool room doesn't have HVAC, so it was cold. So the pool temperature didn't seem to keep up and reach the 80 degrees. The hot tub placement was ok, but would've been better placed outside of the pool area. You have to either walk out of the pool area and around the house, or go through the master bedroom.
