“新しいホテルということもあり、とても綺麗で部屋や屋上からの眺めが良かったです。 また、食事のビュッフェを美味しくいただき、温泉を満喫できてとても癒されました。 ホテルの周辺や熱海駅近くの商店街には沢山のお店があり、食べ歩きなどで満喫できました。”

“The Ryokan itself is very nice, the entrance is very beautiful, the staff is wonderful above average even in Japanese standards, particularly Nanami the room attendant was absolutely top notch impecable service. Do consider this Ryokan is in the middle of the town so no views from the public bath and there is some traffic noise, there was also some noise due to demolition work right next door, it ended around 5pm and restarted at around 8:30am. The room does have an amazing view to the beach and...

“目の前に海が広がりとても気持ちよかったです 建物自体は古さを感じるところもありますが良くリフォームされているのか快適に過ごせました 朝食は大変おいしくいただきました 廊下が開放廊下なので部屋の出入りの際に虫が入らないよう注意が必要でした”

“食事の時間が二部制で、夕食１.５時間 朝食１時間が、忙しなくて残念だった。 両方共早い時間だった為 「次のお客様が」と言われ、 出てみると次の回の人達が長蛇の列。 仕方ないのかもしれませんが、次回はもっとゆっくり食事出来るところにします。”

“施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。 サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。 ２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。”

“チェックアウト、チェックインはとてもスムーズでQRでの部屋の施錠も手軽に出来てよかった。 富士山ビューの部屋しましたが高層階じゃなければ絶景とはいえず…目の前の建物が中心になってしまい残念でした。1泊６万円（何ない平日の宿泊です。）ほど支払っていたので気になりました。ベットの広さ、洗面の広さは申し分ないです。 お部屋の乾燥がすごく気になりました。またベッドが固すぎて上手く寝れず朝を迎えました。 朝食の対応のスタッフの方はすごく丁寧でとてもよかったです。”

“The staff is attentive and the onsen is very relaxing. The hotel sometimes feels like a maze. Even though it said on its website that they had a SPA continuously, it was closed for the day we went (tuesday); double check that. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth taking. The walks around the hotel and next to the lake will show you beautiful sights. Walking distance to the waterside shrine and the Laketown. ”

“Super hotel. Muy buena comida , muy bien el spa. Buena ubicación para puntos turísticos. Masajes muy buenos . Lo único a mejorar sería el shuttle a Odawara y puntos de conexión con la montaña.”
