We had a great stay. Probably the cleanest stay we have ever walked into. Very tastefully decorated and nice updated appliances. The 4 bedrooms with king beds was definitely a luxury for our guests. I loved the tea and coffee available along with the essential oil diffuser. Pretty quiet neighborhood as well.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed for my brothers graduation. We enjoyed being outside of Gainesville but being close enough to be convenient. Great space, comfortable beds, and lots of parking. We had a really lovely stay! Would recommend for families of UF students for sure.

Nice home. Good layout. Responsive property management.

Would stay again. Oven was out and stove was iffy. Need more basic kitchen supplies to comfortably prepare and cook meals. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns. Quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean and they tried to make you comfortable.

Very Disappointed

We booked this property for a small family trip (our only one of the summer) About a week before our booking hurricane Debby formed and the track was directly over this property. I reached out to the manager and asked if we could reschedule for the next week (since the entire month was open) and they said yes, we could and the amount originally paid would be applied to the next booking. Once I canceled it they told me that it would only be credited if someone booked the same dates (who would book during a hurricane?) The property stopped answering mine And VRBOs messages and phone calls and it is currently under investigation by VRBO. We still haven’t received a refund.

Mini Summer Vacation

The house is spacious and updated. We had a few issues with the drainage in the bathrooms but overall the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Each bedroom with a king size bed was fantastic.

Great home!!

This is a wonderful rental. It is located near town where you will find some great restaurants. The all king beds were comfortable. The house has everything we needed and was very clean. The pictures are accurate. It is also located near the springs which made traveling there easy. Management was great to work with. Very responsive!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in High Springs. The communication with the property manager was wonderful and they were very responsive to any questions I had. The home is exactly like the pictures. We were impressed that not only did they provide your standard needs but they had cleaning supplies, coffee available and there were fresh flowers on the table which we thought was a very nice touch. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making our son's graduation weekend

This properly was exactly what we hoped it would be! The house was very clean and spacious and everything has been updated. It has a very modern and new feel and it was well appointed. The beds were comfy and we all felt right at home during our stay. There were 5 adults in our group and we were in the area to kayak Ginnie Springs. The location was perfect and it was an easy drive to the springs. And communication with the host was great! They responded quickly if we had a question and were very pleasant to talk to. We will definitely book this property again if we are back this way!
