“Everything we hoped for and more. If the parking was more straightforward it would be 100% . But Everything worked .”

“We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little surprised that the faucet in the bathroom was very loose, as was the toilet tissue roll holder. Not a big deal, but had me question attention to detail.”

“L'hotel è molto recente e la manutenzione è ottima. Molto carini e disponibili gli impiegati alla reception e gli addetti alla colazione. Abbastanza varia la colazione, ottima la qualità e si può gustare una vera colazione inglese. Ottima la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Cheltenham Spa. Pulizia delle camere insufficiente (in 5 giorni è stato rifatto solo il letto, nessun altra pulizia)”

“Fabulous location. Brilliant room and facilities. Great value.”

“This hotel was one of the cleanist and most hospitable hotels I have ever stayed in. Grand, but modern. The staff could not have been more accommodating. I would give it a 10/5. Thank you and I look forward to staying again”

“Very enjoyable stay. Didn’t see anyone else at all during our stay, but access to the property and to our room was very easy with Gabriella’s information she sent the day before arrival. House and room were lovely and warm on arrival. Breakfast was self service ~ very nice and well laid out Would certainly stay again. Very convenient NCP car park directly opposite , which was only £11.00 for overnight parking. Great location, easy walk to the centre and theatre.”

“Bien situado en una ciudad de encanto. Un buen restaurante en el hotel. Edificio clásico.”

“Todo muy bien ”

“I only stayed briefly for 1 night, I arrived late and left the following morning. , so not there to use any amenities.”

“Horrible hotel con mas aspecto de hospital que de hotel. El baño, espantoso, nunca habia visto uno asi. Sin plato de ducha, te duchabas en el propio suelo.”

“I knew that this was going to be a budget hotel as the price was very low. However, it was pretty unpleasant - the "mattress" was just foam. Literal yellow foam. So when you lay down for longer than 30 mins, you sunk down to the slats underneath. Almost impossible to sleep on. -the room was directly opposite reception and adjacent to the front door. This meant hearing people come in through the night and slamming the heavy front door (no soft shut mechanism) and in the morning being woken up by...
