  • Escape to this adorable cottage in picturesque Highlands. Only steps away from Proving Ground and Twin Lights Marina. Guests enjoy a cozy studio space with one bathroom featuring a bathtub shower combo. The queen bed comfortably sleeps 2 people. The cottage stays comfortable year-round with central heating and air conditioning, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is brand new and well stocked. There is also a private driveway with parking for 1 vehicle. A Sandy Hook beach season parking pass is provided for your use during your stay. Whether you’re unwinding after a day at the beach, boating or taking in the nearby bar and restaurant scene, this lovely spot offers the perfect retreat. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

This is a great little cottage that is walking distance to food and entertainment. If you don’t want to eat out, a very nice kitchen is also available. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood for different places to eat. It’s conveniently located to Sandy Hook, Seabright and hiking trails. The host was very accommodating and quick to communicate.

Gary was an amazing host and was extremely fast in communicating to every question we had during our whole stay. Was surprised by the access to all the perks offered in the space, such as ample air conditioning and a full kitchen. Great location for a quick drive to anything around Highlands, and especially to the beaches in Sandy Hook.
