“The bed was really uncomfortable, which was a surprise for a PI, as they pride themselves on the bed comfort. The bar was open late which was great. The parking is small, only 17 spots and you pay for this daily. ”

She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. “The room was in a great location and accessed by keypad so no key needed. Pre-check-in was done online that everything was easy. The room as well located on the High Street and close to places we wanted to visit. The room was very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable with lovely white crisp in. Plenty of hot drinks and orange juice and porridge provided. The over bath shower was fine but could have been better in terms of power and heat. The plumbing in this room...

“Muy mala. La calefacción no funcionaba correctamente en la mayoria de las habitaciones. El check in muy tarde (y lento) y check out muy temprano. Desayuno tambien termina demasiado temprano. No hacen las habitaciones a diario. El servio en recepción no podia resolver los problemas. Mi grupo llevó mas de 50 personas al hotel. Totalmente descartado para el año que viene.”

“The gruff owner needs to realise that she is in the hospitality business, not doing you a favour by allowing you to stay at her hotel. I stayed there for 8 nights and had the following inconveniences: Breakfast was not provided the first day, even though I had paid for it (“I’m not starting to do breakfasts again until tomorrow”); my room was not cleaned on Sunday (“the chambermaid doesn’t work on Sundays”); the first time I used the shower all kinds of black bits of dirt and fungus came out of...
