  • Your cozy getaway awaits in Hill City at this wonderful bungalow. This is an adult only property kids over 14 welcome. With 2 queen beds in the 2 bedrooms. Loft bedroom is a low ceiling and good for agile adults or young adults over 14. There is also a sofa sleeper on the main floor. This charming retreat is perfect for two couples or parents with young adult children. The bathroom is equipped with a full size shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. The property also offers amenities such as full kitchen, AC, WiFi, apartment size washer and dryer. Enjoy the night time sky, star gazing in the hot tub or on the outdoor sitting area. Fall in love with Hill City and enjoy the magic it has to offer. You are less than 3 minutes into downtown Hill City from this peaceful retreat.

Great stay

A smaller place, but plenty of space for the two of us. Very clean, and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We took a quick weekend getaway to the Black Hills and stayed in this adorable tiny home. Check in was great, the house was clean and the beds were comfy. Great locstion near everything the Black Hills has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful experience

Host checked us in and was very helpful. Very clean and had everything we needed! Hill city was the perfect place to stay to maximize our time in the Black Hills and see as much as possible. Definitely recommend this property!

We enjoyed our week in the hills! Location was perfect. Close to town while still outside of town. Everything about the cabin was just perfect. Jim was amazing to work with! Would absolutely recommend this cabin.

We Really Enjoyed this Cozy, Beautiful Little Place! It was Perfect!So close to Hill City if you wanted to run into town also had atv trails close bye.The Best Part was the Host & Hostess they made us feel So Welcomed. We Definitely will come back to this Cozy Home!!!

Great time in the hills!

We enjoyed the location which is close to town yet in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching deer in the area. Everything was as stated and wonderful.
