“The place was wonderful. You felt secluded yet you were actually in the middle of everything. Close to good restaurants, especially Elio‘s Italian restaurant. Or if you want to go further and do the caverns and Guadalupe State Park or just hang close and do the Comal nature tour and the Gorge. Dogs loved it and the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace were definite plus when it was cold. Deer everywhere ”

“The directions to get there and to get in to the cottage were very clear. Everything was clean and very welcoming. It was exactly as advertised. Beautiful spot, easy to access, and just so peaceful.”

“We celebrated my husband's birthday here. We enjoyed our stay and the walking trails! We only stayed for one night, wished we could've stayed longer. We stopped by Texas Cannon Brewery for a couple of drinks and had dinner at The Redbud cafe and listened to live music. This was our second time in Blanco, Tx and will definitely be back.”

“Overall, this place was great!!! Water pressure is a little low, but that was the only downfall. Property owners are attentive to your needs! Beautiful place, if you need a sign to book.. here it is! ”

“The property was just as expected. The host make sure everybody was comfortable, including our dogs. There was plenty of outdoor activities. Our check in process was not great, we arrived to the flower child home with another guest already there. It turns out the host have 3 rentals on this property and the guest checked into the wrong house. Even though the houses have a keypad entry on the front door, the host has a lockbox with a key to the house (I guess in case the keypad doesn't work) well...

Wendy was an attentive and thoughtful host with incredible attention to detail. Flowers, a birthday sign, delicious homemade bread with honey butter, appetizers from Wenzel’s deli, a bottle of wine, bottled water, and a large selection of coffee and tea were waiting for us on our arrival.
