“Staff are expectional always pleasant polite and friendly extremely helpful with any needs. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious and cleaned daily.. Decor could be updated in some areas and rooms we did see modernisation happening in some rooms. Meals are putstmading and huge portions for reasonable prices”

“Overall my stay went very well. Staff was very kind and ready to assist, the breakfast included was simple but tasty and the restaurant also provides quality. The room was comfy and spacious. The only drawback was that my room faced the main street which was very busy and noisy both Saturday and Sunday night. Monday was perfect though.”

Also, very easy to arrange pick-up/drop-off at the hotel as all tour operators doing excursions to Khami ruins, Great Zimbabwe ruins and Matobo NP know it. “I found Grey's Inn spacious, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were both SA and UK type power sockets in my room, the mattress was comfortable and for my purposes the location was great. My room was dated and quite noisy as I was above the bar and street facing. ”
