Clean modern room with beautiful view of the lagoon and park area! Great kitchen and supplies for bath and laundry. The AC works great in each room. We were very comfortable here and will come back asap! Owner communication was clear and accommodating. Five Stars!!

Exactly as described. Beautiful condo with lovely views from all three lanais. Great place to watch sunrise. Comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped. Convenient location. Coin-op laundry down the hall worked fine for us. Good air conditioning and comfortable furnishings. Responsive host. No complaints. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Clean, Cozy and Convenient

Loved our stay! This place was exceptionally clean! Large and spacious. Looks newly renovated. 3 separate balconies with great views. Terry was so helpful and accommodating making our stay an ease. Coffee/bakery shop right downstairs. Crusin Coffee (drive thru coffee/food) right across the street along with the popular Kawamoto's (japanese style lunch box/okazu).

Great stay in Hilo

Location in center of Hilo close to all the things that you would want to do while on vacation. The apartment is nicely renovated and had everything that we needed for our five day stay. Also has nice views of the Hilo lagoon. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it.

Loved our stay, especially the deck that overlooks the lake and being on the grounds of a park. Location convenient for all the sights. Wish the washer and dryer were in the condo

This was the perfect location for our getaway. Close to town. Beautiful sunrises. Extremely quiet. Easy to go any direction for day trips.

Hilo’s Finest

We live in Hawaii, travel to Hilo frequently, and this place is a real gem. Centrally located, well appointed, very clean, and with a great view. Will definitely stay here again! There were only two of us, but it would also be very comfortable for 4. We highly recommend.

Convenient location, beautiful view, clean and spacious unit. It was a great fit for our family of 4! We very much appreciated the beach towels, chairs, sand toys, etc. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants and places to see in the area.

Brand new accommodations

Hilo isn’t the most picturesque town in Hawai’i but having this nicely renovated unit on a large park helps to make it as comfortable as possible. Close to all the good restaurants, would stay here again. Thanks!

Great stay

We enjoyed the proximity to the airport, area restaurants. The pool was so refreshing. Unit was so cute and clean. Felt like home. Property itself needs some updating but had a great stay. Terry was awesome and responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do.

Wonderful place, also very convenient.

Beautiful place, very well appointed and maintained. The setup with 2 bedrooms separated by living room was ideal! Smallish living room, but we only had two people, so it was OK as we didn't spend much time at the unit. Walking distance to great latte and breakfast sandwiches (Just Cruisin). Laundry facilities on each floor was very handy, covered parking was great. Would definitely stay again.

The best accommodation in Hilo, by far.

We have stayed at multiple locations in Hilo, hotels, or VRBOs, and nothing even comes close to the cleanliness, beauty, and location of this 2-bedroom unit. This unit has been tastefully updated with modern amenities, is extremely clean, and well-stocked. The location is extremely safe, quiet, and central to everything in Hilo. In the future, this is our go-to accommodation. Terry thank you for sharing your amazing condo.
