» Quiet hours are from 9 PM - 8 AM
» Parties or events are not permitted
» Maximum of 7 guests
» Non-paying guests are not allowed to sleep over

Guest Access: Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. You will have access to the entire house.

Getting Around: We recommend bringing your own car for the greatest flexibility but there are also other transportation options available. The Hele-On Bus, for instance, is the main public bus service on the Big Island. It`s free to ride however it’s often late as well.

The Neighborhood: We’re in a peaceful residential area known for its family-friendly atmosphere. Situated within the larger Hilo region on the Big Island of Hawaii, this neighborhood offers a mix of suburban living with easy access to natural beauty and local conveniences. We’re close to several natural attractions, such as Rainbow Falls, Boiling Pots, and Liliʻuokalani Park and Gardens, making it an excellent spot for those who enjoy outdoor activities.

Please note, that in accordance with the Law, the following taxes will be charged:

HOUSE RULES

By making a reservation, you are agreeing to follow these HOUSE RULES:

- Please treat the House with Care and Respect, thanks.

- No Smoking inside or near the house

- No non-paying guests sleeping over

- No parties or events or gatherings.
* If it turns out that you had an unauthorized gathering with attendees who had not booked the home (max 7), then there will be a $1000 fee for violating this house rule and disturbing the neighbors.

- This is a nice, residential neighborhood, and we greatly value harmony with our neighbors. Sound travels easily so please make sure to respect the Quiet Hours of 9pm - 8am.

- Please do not take things from the house.

- Sorry, but no pets.
*If it turns out that you brought an unauthorized pet, there will be a $500 fee per pet for violating this House Rule.
