This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath House with outdoor deck can sleep 9 guests and is all yours. Comes with A/C, W/D and BBQ.
(Front House can sleep 7, plz inquire).

You will have the entire 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home to yourself.
It sleeps 9 and includes:

- CEILING FANS & PORTABLE-AIR CONDITIONING UNITS IN EACH BEDROOM!
- Master Bedroom with King Bed, Closet space, Mirror, Seating for 2, and en-suite Bathroom with Shower
- Second Bedroom with Queen Bed and Twin Bed
- Third Bedroom with BunkBed of Twin over Full Bed;
Red Sofa Armchair that opens into a small Single Bed; Desk and Chairs; small closet
- Living Room has a Sofabed that pulls out into a Queen Bed
- Second Full Bathroom with Bath-Shower Combo, Sink & Toilet
- Large Living Room with SmartTV, and comfy seating
- Full Kitchen and fully stocked for cooking

- Indoor Dining Area with Picnic-style Dining Table
- Outdoor Dining Area with BBQ and Picnic-style Dining Table
- Carport Parking for 2, and ample other parking areas.

* Fully stocked with Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Honey, Creamer; Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Spices; Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash; Bath & Beach Towels, Fresh Clean Linens ~ all provided.

Safe, residential area in Hilo.
I will mention that this house does have some noise sometimes, of street traffic or the neighbors next-door.

We do provide A/C units and sound machines that help reduce the noise, as well as earplugs! :)

Best to have a car.
We do provide rental cars on the Hilo side, please inquire!

HOUSE RULES

By making a reservation, you are agreeing to follow these HOUSE RULES:

- Please treat the House with Care and Respect, thanks.

- No Smoking inside or near the house

- No non-paying guests sleeping over

- No parties or events or gatherings.
* If it turns out that you had an unauthorized gathering with attendees who had not booked the home (max 9), then there will be a $500 fee for violating this house rule and disturbing the neighbors.

- This is a nice, residential neighborhood, and we greatly value harmony with our neighbors. Sound travels easily so please make sure to respect the Quiet Hours of 9pm - 8am.

- Please do not take things from the house.

- One Pet allowed upon request and payment of the Pet Fee.
IMPORTANT: If you do bring your pet, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THEM ALONE & UNSUPERVISED IN THE HOUSE! As we have found the hard way that they will then bark non-stop and disturb the neighbors, as well as possibly do damage to the house when left unattended. So please do not plan on bringing them and then leaving them alone in the house while you go on excursions, etc.
