¡Bienvenido a la felicidad de vacaciones familiares, y su cachorro puede unirse también!

Esta casa de cuatro dormitorios, tres baños, es un dúplex totalmente equipado con todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones familiares perfectas. Con los pasos del acceso a la playa, una piscina de aguas cristalinas y una bañera de hidromasaje, todos estarán satisfechos. La ubicación no solo es perfecta, sino que es ideal para compartir sus vacaciones con familiares y amigos. Esta casa tiene dos pisos separados, ¡con dos cocinas y dos cómodos espacios de estar!

El primer piso es su propio apartamento privado. Contiene una cocina completa, baño completo, sala de estar (con una gran televisión de pantalla plana) y un dormitorio con cama King. Incluso hay una lavadora y secadora! Es un espacio perfecto para abuelos, parejas o familias con niños pequeños.

En el segundo piso se recibe un relajante porche en el porche. El lugar perfecto para tomar el desayuno de la mañana o una copa. Al entrar, la cocina está al frente. A la izquierda de la cocina hay una lavadora y secadora. El salón está a la derecha con un gran televisor de pantalla plana. A medida que continúas en la casa, el primer dormitorio de invitados está a la derecha. Esta habitación está equipada con un conjunto de literas individuales y un nido. Al otro lado del pasillo hay un baño completo. El siguiente dormitorio de invitados se encuentra a la derecha y tiene una cama King con amplio espacio de guardarropas. La suite principal se encuentra a la izquierda, con su propio baño privado completo. Justo cuando pensabas que no podía mejorar, ¡TODAS las habitaciones tienen un televisor!

¿Interesado en ver el famoso Faro de Harbour Town? Elderberry está a aproximadamente media milla de la entrada de Sea Pines Plantation. También es un paseo / paseo en bicicleta a Coligny Plaza. Aquí puedes comer, beber y comprar. Hay senderos para bicicletas en toda la isla que hacen que la isla, el ciclista y los peatones sean amigables.

This was our second year down here with family the week before Memorial Day. Home is perfect for a group gathering. Screen porch is awesome for morning coffee with everyone. Pool area great for gathering later in the day. Living area downstairs works well for supporting the pool time and providing a space for grandparents or new parents that would like a space apart from the mayhem of the day.

Great Fall Break Getaway

The house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space and location was great short walk to beach. The only regret was the pool and spa was cold and did not want to pay the price to heat it.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for our family. My daughter, son-in-law and 3 month old granddaughter stayed in the downstairs. This was the perfect set-up for a new baby. The rest of our family stayed upstairs. The property was clean. The property managers were very helpful. It was a very short walk to the beach, which was perfect with a baby. We loved having a pool. We would most definitely stay here again!!!

Staycation

For us the property was great. Management couldn’t have been more attentive. Everything we needed for the beach was there for us. Pool was good for our group. The only knock I would have is that one bedroom and one bathroom had barn doors that didn’t give a lot of privacy.

Family vacation 24

Had a great week in HHI. The property was very nice and maintained. Location to beach was perfect for our grandchildren and the separate apartment on lower level, allowed for us to have a more room to spread out. It also worked as a poolside spot for quick meals, drinks and restroom breaks. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Beautiful and functional vacation home

We loved our stay at this property. It is remodeled, beautiful, and functional. It's very close to a private access path to the beach. The lower level apartment was great for my parents, and the kids and grandkid stayed in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed the pool and spa, though unfortunately we had to bug the maintenance person to come show us how to use the spa/hot tub because I didn't understand the directions. After that it worked great. The screened in patio was perfect for family meals. Management company was very responsive. Beach towels are included. There are 5 beach chairs at the property but they are stored outside in the carport. We rented some beach gear including chairs and umbrella and it worked out great. We also rented bikes which were delivered to the house. There is an outdoor shower with warm water for washing off sand. Overall a wonderful vacation and would recommend this vacation home to others without reservation.

Wedding/ family vacation

The stay was perfect. The split level gave everyone a space to enjoy themselves while being with the family. The short walk to beach is one of the best things. We had a wedding in Blufton and the location was easy to access from the location. I would stay there again and my mom ,dad & brother asked about how they can stay there. Great organization to deal with. Thanks guys.

As Good as it Gets

The property and the overall stay was as good as it gets. It was clean, well maintained, and loaded with amenities. The location is also hard to beat. It's a very short walk to the beach and a mile from shopping and dining, and a stone's throw from a nice walking/ bike path. My personal favorite spot, the screened in porch.

Great Place Near the Beach

Really clean, modern amenities, great location a block from the beach. We have a family of 6 and fit comfortably. While the inside family area and couch is small, there is a big porch with plenty of seating. The downstairs space which has another bedroom and kitchen area was great as well. Overall I would highly recommend.

3 Elderberry Lane

Of all the properties we’ve stayed while visiting HiltonHead, this is our favorite. Great location to beach access and short bike ride to Coligny or Sea Pines. The house was so comfortable and very well stocked. We loved having our own pool. Do note the the two levels are separated by an outside stairway which was ok for our family. Looking forward to our next visit to Butchie’s Beach House!

Lovely Place

Wonderful. Lots of room. Screened in porch was great, no bugs yet outside. Spent a lot of time in the evenings. Pool & spa were a lot of fun with our family. Would stay again with large group. Plenty of room for at least 10 people. If you use the sofas, even more.

Beach getaway

Perfect for grandparents with kids and grandchildren. The downstairs was a nice place for the grandparents to stay while the families stayed upstairs. The pool was a hit and the short walk to the beach great. Restaurants were close and kid friendly. The screen room was a favorite hangout play area. We are ready to come back even though we just got home!
