Great location in HHI

My family enjoyed this beautiful condo! Nice and close to the pool and tennis courts. We rode our bikes to the beach access entrance which was much easier than parking our car. I had to reach out to the owner a few times and got a response very quickly. Also very close bike ride to Coligny circle and the shops.

Peaceful Vacation Time

Family had a great time riding bikes around area and laying out in the beautiful pool. We actually saw deer on the beach at dusk. The house was comfortable for the 6 adults in our group. The only downside was there was no place to sit or gather outside and there was no working can opener in the kitchen.

Great weekend getaway

Group of 3 couple stayed here for a tennis tournament at Van Der Meer Tennis center. Clean, spacious and well laid out house. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no reservations staying there again.

Another great stay!

This was the second time we stayed at this property and our second visit was just as enjoyable as the first. The property is located in a quiet section of the Shipyard Plantation which is convenient to the beach, stores, restaurants and golf as well as being dog friendly. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward with great anticipation to our next visit!

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was very comfortable and we had a great stay. Location was perfect. Hosts were amazing to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay with them again!

Great Condo / Great Location

This condo was perfect for us, 3 couples who fully enjoyed the shipyard complex: private beach.... pool... pickleball... golf... great restaurants and hanging out. The hosts were terrific to communicate with and the condo is quite nice. We'd love to stay here again!

Nice stay in a nice home

This is a beautiful property at the end of the cul de sac which is a plus ... additional privacy. Wasn't sure what to expect being our first time in Hilton Head but it is a beautiful island filled with so many simple amenities. Just about everything can be reached by bicycle. The property's highlight is 3 sizeable rooms with an en suites. There was room enough for our family of 4 to stretch out and even enjoy private time. A benefit was decks outside of each bedroom. The two smaller rooms shared one. The home offered a gas grill, which we used, full washer and dryer, and 3-1/2 updated bathrooms. The Shipyard resort property offered a community pool, tennis and pickle ball court, and private beach. Everything you want on vacation. We had to call and text the property owners during our visit and they were very responsive and responded immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would return to Hilton Head in the future.

Wonderful July Stay

Property was roomy and clean and provided us with everything we needed for a week on HHI. Location was quiet and we had no issue using the guest parking spaces. My husband had to work some and appreciated the dedicated work space. Would definitely book again.

Great Family Vacay

A clean and roomy condo to make you feel right at home. Convenient to the pool and tennis court. Beach parking can be a challenge and the Shipyard shuttle was another convenience for transportation to and from the Shipyard beach access. Highly recommend this property.

Great vacation

We stayed two weeks and only wished we could have stayed longer! A family vacation with four young adults (25-28) that worked well from the beginning to end. The property was perfect with three large bedrooms with their own bath. The kitchen was well stocked and the home comfortable for all to hang together. The location was quiet and great for bike riding, walking and relaxing. A quick ride to both the beach and golf. Owners were super responsive to a few questions and very interested in ensuring our stay went well. Would definitely book again!

Nice, convenient property

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at this property. It is convenient to Coligny and locations north of Shipyard. We play pickleball so enjoyed daily play. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo. Also took advantage of the beach parking (a short drive). We will hopefully be able to book in the future.

Wonderful 3 bedroom Condo in Hilton Head

This was a very spacious 3 bedroom condo with 3 king size beds and a half bath downstairs. There was so much room in the living area (multiple areas to sit) and there were 3 outdoor decks. The view from 2 of the decks overlooked the pond and was very tranquil and scenic. The kitchen was fully equipped and there is a grill that we used one night to cook some steaks. We were in for the RBC Golf Tournament, and the location was perfect as it was just a few minute drive to park near Coligny beach and take the bus to the event. The owners were very friendly and responsive as I had a few questions after we arrived. We would definitely rent here again!

Awesome property! Wonderful hosts!

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities located in a beautiful scenic area and is as described. The kitchen has everything needed and the living areas are spacious and lovely. The beds are very comfortable and each room having an ensuite is a lovely bonus. The hosts were incredibly responsive and wonderful to deal with. High recommend and we will definitely go back. Thank you Joel and Shelley for sharing your terrific home.
