“There was no contact phone number/person. The air unit in the living room window began dripping. We heard the owner was in China. . .The picture of the kitchen showed a full size stove.Yet there was one Teflon frying pan and a huge very very heavy cast iron frying pan. There was a Teflon cooking pot but the Teflon was pealing off and could not be used. The coffee maker was stained with coffee and had to be scrubbed clean. it was very difficult to use and no instructive manual was provided. No...

“Great property”

“JENNY, OUR AGENT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THERE WERE NO TELEVISIONS IN EVERY BEDROOM. PERHAPS THAT SHOULD BE LISTED. MY TEENAGERS BROUGHT THERE GAMING SYSTEMS AND COULDN'T CONNECT TO A TV, EXCEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. OVERALL, I CAME WITH A PARTY OF 14 AND THERE ARE ENOUGH BEDS FOR EVERYONE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY. AND, THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS. WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN TO QUINCY.”

“This property is very comfortable, pretty and clean. It’s conveniently located so that we could drive or hop the Red Line into Boston without any trouble. Jenny checked in with us during our visit to make sure we were okay. We really enjoyed our time there.”

“A great location near everything.”

“I was hesitant to leave this review because some of the issues we experienced may not have been entirely within the host's control. However, I feel they should be shared so they can be addressed for future guests. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the three full bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The only minor complaint was the inexpensive cooking utensils.Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our...
