  • This two hundred year old post-and-beam farm building has been converted into two elegant, private apartments that share a common entry. Either apartment can be reserved separately, or both can be shared by a group of guests. The property is located in a quiet and picturesque region that is close to many attractions in southern Chester County.

Quiet and clean stay. Very welcoming and pleasant host. The host went out of his way to personally come to the building and answer questions about the air conditioning at nearly 10 pm. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Swallow's Rest

We have stayed before at Swallow's Rest. It is peaceful, in the country, and has friendly critters (goats; pony; chickens). It is close to Longwood Gardens and several museums. We love the spot!

Peace and quiet. And goats.

We absolutely loved our recent 3-day stay at this charming property in PA. very roomy and open with a small local art gallery space in the front and a patio area overlooking the gorgeous green property. If you’re looking to make some new four-legged friends, the goats will definitely come say hello if you have snacks. The owners couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We’ll be back!
