“The house is in a lovely neighborhood. There was room for all of us to have separate spaces and also to be together. Once we figured out how to heat the pool and hot tub, it worked well and was much enjoyed. All in all a lovely stay. One caveat: they don't want you to have parties, and you don't know till the Rules that they have a noise detector and can count how many cellphones are in the house. That feels weird. Otherwise, great! ”

“The host was very nice and responsive. The house was a good size and layout for families (or groups of friends), and well located. It was not as well stocked as some other rental homes. While we did not have a baby or toddler in our party, it was very well equipped for those (including a screen preventing inadvertent access to the pool).”
