“It’s very cute and modern small condo for family of four. I am not sure if six will feet (sleeping sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on). The kitchen was good for basic cooking. Laundry is available. The most issue we had with air conditioning, it was very loud to sleep with. It was impossible to sleep without it because it was too hot. ”

“The property was located in a quiet area, with great views, very relaxing. The host was very friendly and great to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay and comfortable. I only marked down a little due to the place needing some updating. “Glenda is an excellent host! It felt very private, yet she was there when we needed anything. We had a private entrance to the sunroom and bedroom with attached bathroom. We were able to use the hot tub whenever we wanted. The property is clean and newer. It was a great setup! We will stay there again!”

“We first stayed at Tres Chivos last year while we were in town for the Nightvision music festival and loved it! So when we saw that it was available this year we jumped at the chance to stay again. Its just such a cute, cozy, quiet place. Very clean and has everything you need. We love the horses, goats and sheep. The owners are so kind! We love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to or through Grand Junction!”
