“Staff were fantastic. We had to get moved out of our first room due to bad sewer smell from bathroom. The second room was dated, dilapidated. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out. But the service at the restaurant was horrible, we were in a hurry and traveling with a child, after waiting for some time for our dinner, we found out, that although it was already paid they forgot to submit the order to the kitchen, we didn't get much more than a "sorry".
