Hotel centrico, esta en una calle mas tranquila paralela a la principal. Habitacion sencilla, la unica pega que el baño parecia inacabado ya que es de obra reciente, le faltaban cosas por colocar y baldas para dejar las cosas, muy poca luz y ducha incomoda que mojabas todo el baño. Habitacion interior, la ventana ni se abria. A su favor decir que los chicos de recepcion fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo. Para su precio y pasar 1 o 2 noches esta bien.

Es un hotel sencillo pero limpio en una zona muy centrica en el distrito 1 pero sin estar en la calle principal que es muy ruidosa. Los empleados del hotel muy amables, nos ayudaron en todo , hablan ingles. Bien situado para conocer la ciudad .

This hotel is listed as a boutique, but there is nothing really fancy about it except that the walls are painted modern grey. Bothersome, is the mid-aged male house keeper, who will entered my room twice without my permission.. He immediately tried to shake my hand, then tried to hug and grope my chest. The 1st time, I asked the front lobby for towels, and the second time I asked the lobby for an iron. Both times they send the mid-aged house keeper. I had to tell him to get out of my room on both occasions. Another occasion he entered the elevator with me as it was about to close, but I refused to shake his hand as I already figured out his motive. Also, they parked my bike so close to other bikes that I noticed a significant scratch on my exhaust. Also, for selecting the more expensive room with view, I was surprised by how hard and cheap the mattress was, not to mention the cheap cover. I would not recommend this place as no one should have to deal with this house keeper, and the apartment is overpriced for the amenities offered.

Great hotel in good condition. Location ideal

This is a great hotel for the price. There was no window in my room but that did not matter. The bathroom was well fitted out. Modern style with tiles. Perfect layout for the solo traveler on a budget. The room was quiet but 2 minutes walk from the action. The staff were very friendly. One cleaner saw me coming out of my room and came up said hello and asked me if everything was ok. This shows that all the staff are interested in the customer. I was amazed. Had a good little desk area so there was no problem getting some work done. Overall I was very impressed and will stay here again.

I stayed two days. I was stolen my money($300) in the room when i was sleeping at night. The bed is pretty bad. It reall is different from the picture of hotel.

The room was small and the bed was not the promised queen but a double twin. The bathroom was literally five feet by five feet with toilet, wash basin and shower. The mattress was a cheap spring 4 inch thick mattress on a 18 inch high fame. Nice staff but not a great room.

the friendly staffs made the overall experience amazing as they are keen to help whenever you face a difficulty. Their small gestures of kindness, such as offering you water, asking how is your day, having small casual talks makes me feel really welcome

Great place to stay, central location. They offer many tours at competitive rates. Just needs a few details to make excellent. Great value for money though

住的是雙人房，房間牆壁發霉，廁所構造很詭異，馬桶要側著坐，直接坐腳會頂到牆壁...窗戶無法緊閉，所以伴著附近餐廳的喧嘩聲入眠...下次不會選擇入住了!!

安くて立地が良いだけなので期待してはダメ

今回2回目の宿泊です。Don't disturbの表示をドアノブにかけていなかったため、10時頃にノックされ、「クリーニング？」と聞かれ起こされました。この時間にノックされた経験が無いので、ちょっと早すぎると思いました。その際、「後でよろしく」「オーケー」というやり取りを交わしたのですが、結局その日のルームクリーニングされていませんでした。ベッドチップを置いてなかったから？単に忘れただけ？面倒くさいから？よく分かりません。 色々ありますが、寝るだけでこの値段なら、まぁオーケーだと割り切れれば安くて立地も良いホテルだと思います。 一番安い部屋では窓はありますが、一面壁で眺望はありませんでした。

スペアリブスタンダードルーム宿泊、 客室内はごく一般的なホテルでしょうか。新しいホテルではないので傷などがありましたが上手にメンテナンスがされている印象を受けました。 水周りもしっかりとメンテナンス、クリーニングされていて気持ちよく利用できました。 窓もあり、シティービューですが申し分なしです、WI-FIは各部屋で使えてとても良かったです。

I think we got worst room. Me and my friend get king single bad(double????) for 2persons. Room was messi. Too noisy all night. My friend asked to old Vietnamese man to get spare key, he replied with madness "u don't have common sense". he said non hotel do that service. Korean owner was kind. that's all. 안가는게 나음 혹은 제일 비싼방

還不錯！下次還會再來住

床很大，但是缺乏簾子所以不太有私人隱私 每個床位都有兩個插頭，但是沒有獨立的個人小燈有點可惜 如果這幾點都有做到的話那就太棒了，會再多住幾天

・長距離バスの到着地から500m程なので便利。 ・ホテル自体は2階に上がった所(1階はバー？)にあり、若干分かりにくい。 ・スタッフは親切でフレンドリー。 ・ベットもきれい。 ・ただし、水回りが若干汚く、抵抗があった。

싸고 위치도 좋긴한데

주변에 술집과 클럽이있어서 잠을 못잘정도로 시끄러워요. 뭐 그런거 좋아하시면상관없을듯 그래도 가격대비 숙소가 매우 좋아요. 프론트가 24시간이라는 점이 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 아침일찍 체크아웃이었는데 불편하지두 않았구요.

DISHONESTY

I have booked the SUPERIOR DOUBLE room with Hotels.com. I chose the mentioned room type for its window in this room type. Upon check-in at 2pm, I was assigned to smaller, windowless room. As I later found out the room is STANDARD DOUBLE room which is much cheaper than SUPERIOR DOUBLE room. Cheapskate to this Hotel management. Upon entering the room, the room was messy. Obviously this room has been check-out by previous stay-in guests and the housekeeper yet to clean up the room. Hey A-In Hotel Management, I check-in at your official check-in time! The toilet is infested by flies and foul smell coming out from sewage pipe. Apart good air-conditioning and TV signal, I cant condone what A-In for substituting cheating travellers for a smaller and cheaper room.

【宿へのアクセス】下記に記載しました。初回はタクシーで、ホテルの住所と地図を印刷したものをドライバーへ渡してください。向こうもわからないことが多いです。 【立地】メリットに記載しました。ほか、公園近くには高層階のビルが多くありその屋上はルーフトップバーになっていて音楽とお酒を朝まで楽しめます。 【治安】バックパッカー宿が点在し各国から旅客が多く集まっています。ゆえにひったくりの事件が多発する地域です。スマホを狙った盗難が多く、歩きスマホなんてしていると一発で持っていかれます。本人の注意次第で守ることができます。 【生活】ホテル横にコンビニ（サークルK）、31アイスクリーム、マクドナルド、薬局、ランドリー、マーケット（昼夜）そして飲食店が多くあります。不便はないでしょう。また現地大手ツアー会社TNKトラベルの店舗（日本人用）と集合場所（バス発着地）が一本隣の通りにあり、ホーチミンの観光を存分に楽しめます。 【ホテル】黒を基調とした建物で1階は飲食屋兼レンタルバイク屋さん、2階受付、3階～お部屋になります。目印は31アイスクリーム（現地ではバスキンロビンス）が近くにあり、コンビニ（サークルK）の隣です。 リノベーションされた宿で当時はまだ改修工事中でした。きれいな建物だと思います。 【部屋】様々なタイプの部屋があると思います。シングルタイプの部屋に泊まりました。泊まった部屋には窓はありませんでしたが、デメリットではありません。場所柄、盗難事件が多く騒音もあるので窓はない方がいいです！寝心地は静かでとてもよかったです。バスタオル、フェイスタオル、ボディーソープ、シャンプー、櫛、歯ブラシ、剃刀、グラスがセットで置いてあります。一つずつ梱包されていて清潔です。空調もしっかり効いています。ユニットバスです。シャワー水圧、温度調整も問題ありません。 8畳ほどの部屋にキングサイズのベッド、テーブル、冷蔵庫、物干しがあり、天井も2メートル以上あったので体感としてはかなり広く感じました。 【スタッフ】夕方以降は2名体制でフロントには誰かしら必ずいます。セキュリティーのため1階入り口の門は施錠されますが、柔軟に対応してもらえlate/earlyチェックイン・アウトに対応してくれました。クレジット決済可能。当直室が暑いのかロビーに簡易式のベッドで川の字で寝ていました（笑）ある意味で安全ですね。英語で意思疎通でき、とても親切、希望を聞いてくださり対応してくれました。恐らく大学生くらいの若い男女でした。 【総評】不便・不快を感じることはありませんでした。ラグジュアリーで優雅にとはいきませんが、不便・不快を感じない最低限の清潔さ、安全、利便性は保たれていて評価できます。場所柄、窃盗被害が多い地域ですが、自身の注意で防ぐことができます。誰にでもお勧めできると感じ投稿に至りました。ホーチミン市へ旅行される日本人の方の一助となれば幸いです。 ※現地チェックインの際、（旅客は）パスポートをスタッフに預けます。パスポートのコピーを持参しておくといいでしょう。

Hôtel plutôt décevant dans l'ensemble! Nous avions une chambrr au 6e étage, c'était bruyant et le menage ne semblait pas avoir été effectué correctement avant notre arrivée! Le matelas était tout petit et on sentait les ressorts..Pas cher mais on peut avoir mieux

Absolutely awful.

Terrible hotel, found maggots in the refrigerator, blood on the sheets and the television didn't work. Staff did nothing to help. Don't fall for the cheaper price, there is so much better in the area.
