Friendly staff and decent central location however we saw a rat running around the restaurant during breakfast which was a turn off so would not be coming back here.

The staff was generally friendly, but support was limited. At times they seemed overwhelmed or had difficulties understanding requests. The room cleanliness did not meet expectations. The hotel overall appears quite worn and in need of renovation. The bathroom was not in good condition, with poor drainage causing the entire floor to flood when showering. Some areas felt neglected. The balcony door initially could not be locked and had to be fixed. Towels appeared to be reused rather than replaced, and cleaning cloths were left behind in the room. Due to poor window insulation, traffic noise was clearly noticeable. The hotel photos give a significantly better impression than the actual condition. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet expectations.

A very central hotel. We got an excellent service, they let us check in 1 hour earlier. We had a room with jacuzzi, it was very nice. Only problem we had was other guest not using the spoons available at the spice section at breakfast, she used her hands severals times directly on the spices.

The staff is friendly but not very helpful, and at times seemed overwhelmed or had difficulty understanding requests. The rooms were not clean. Around 4 am, the alarm went off several times without any clear reason, which was very disturbing. Overall, the hotel is in need of renovation and in parts not presentable anymore. The shower is in poor condition, and the entire bathroom floods when showering. Some areas appear worn and not well maintained. The balcony door had to be repaired as it could not be locked. Used towels were folded and presented again as fresh, and cleaning cloths were left behind in the room. The air conditioning was running constantly even when turned off and did not cool properly. Traffic noise is clearly noticeable due to poorly insulated windows. The hotel photos do not reflect the actual condition and give a much better impression than reality. Overall, the service is lacking.

High standard and very helpful staff

We stay for 5 night and it was a very splendid vacation, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and their service was very good. Shout out to the waiter at the sky bar and the receptionist and the bel man who very often assisted us. Recommended hotel and will return to this hotel in the future. Thank you Cicilia staff and management.

This was the end of our trip of 3 weeks in Vietnam, and felt you got the least for your money in terms of what we had received throughout the rest of vietnam. The room was small, and basic, and was very noisy, i had to wear earplugs each night. Breakfast wasnt great, the staff werent very helpful and the organisation was chaotic, and items werent replenished. There was a large party staying in the hotel, who took over breakfast and due to the lack of organisation it meant the experinece was awful, as you had to fight for everything and push your way through. The doorman on the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms werent made till the evening each day, and the sink leaked. Overall, i wouldnt come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Incorrect description and misleading pictures

Booked a "Premium Deluxe Double Room". 1. From expedia's website, it was specifically mentioned "Bathroom – Private bathroom, deep soaking bathtub". However, upon checking in, there isn't. Upon checking with front desk, it was brushed it off as a mistake (not sure whether expedia put it incorrectly or error from the hotel). 2. When you clicked on "Premium Deluxe Room", there were 3 pictures showing a balcony. Once again, upon checking in, there isn't any. So what's the point with such pictures ? And other options (e.g. studio, signature) doesn't come with picture of balcony that lead me to have an impression only premium deluxe has it. 3. Every room comes with universal AC power socket that saves traveller from carrying a universal adapter. However, it doesn't seems to fit well for 3-prong devices. Tried in my room as well as my friend's room. 4. Do you realize that none of the pictures on Expedia is showing the full toilet view. Well, there's isn't a shower room in it and after showering, the whole bathroom floor will be wet.

Some good, mostly bad

On first impression the hotel was clean and the room spacious. Staff were helpful and the location is great for accessibility to all the main attractions in Ho Chi Minh. We had a large, comfy bed in the room, which was quiet and peaceful. Unfortunatley our room wasn't ready when we arrived, which was only 10 mins before check in time. When we entered the room, the park view that was advertised was nothing but a view of the road and building beneath. That was disappointing. The bath was cracked and didn't hold enough water to use the jets. One morning the shower was less powerful and only cold water came out, I presume this was because it was a busy time for showering. Also, the vouchers for the spa are only redeemable on already hugely overpriced treatments. These treatments are in a sad looking spa on the first floor, where a receptionist is never present and the prices are over double what you will pay if you go elsewhere in the city.
Clean wet room style bathroom. Unfortunately the bath was cracked, the view was not as described, and the shower was cold one morning.
Large, spacious, comfy and clean.

デラックスダブルルームシティビュー、キングベッド１台　を予約しました。 バスタブ付きの部屋を予約したはずなのですが、シャワーのみの部屋に通されました。予約内容を確認しようとエクスペディアの予約情報を見てみましたが、バスルームについての記載は何も無く、証拠となるものが無いのと、観光に時間を割きたかったため、「シャワーだけでいいか」と問い合わせは諦めました。 でも、滞在最終日によくよく予約内容を見てみたら、「あれ、キングベッドの部屋を予約してた？この部屋のベッド、ダブルベッドだよね？？」と気づきました。日本のビジネスホテル並みに狭い部屋は、エクスペディアで安く予約したホテルなのでしょうがないと思っていましたが、実は部屋が違っていた可能性もあるのかもしれません。バスタブがあるか無いかだけに焦点が行っていて、ベッドや部屋の狭さは、そういう仕様の部屋を頼んだんだとばかり思っていました。まあ、そんなことに気が付かず、的確にホテル側に交渉できなかった私が悪いです…。 ホテルの前の道路は主要道路らしく、ラッシュ時はとても混んでます。バイクが歩道にまで乗り上げて信号待機するので、お気を付けを。でも、安くて便利な場所にありますよ！！ 帰りは深夜便のため、チェックアウト後にスーツケースを21時まで預かってもらいました。とても助かりました！

very dirty, english not very good. Not happy. The photos showed online and the real one is not the same. I think I have been trap.

City with History

Location was good. Easy access for Grab car. Two- bedroom suite. Needed paint all over as has unsightly mould or patches on wall and ceiling. Aircon at 19 deg only! Water for shower made noises with low flow. Furnishings and toilet amenities were good. Pretty good service for a 3 star hotel. Wasn’t sure if it has 4 star quality.

The location, staff, meals, rooms were all excellent however, when you showered the bathroom became flooded and very wet. Otherwise all was just perfect
