It took us a few times to get a hold of the host to get the key cards and access to the apartment on the day we checked in. We tried to contact them a day in advance of our check-in as Expedia suggested and there was no response. The apartment also looked different from the online photos drastically. There was no TV in the bedroom. The mattress was thin and uncomfy. Missing piece on the wall and baseboard in the bedroom. Stains on the couch were covered by a dirty black throw. The water in one bathroom sink did not go down well and the other bathroom sink did not work on the 4th day. No housekeeping on the 4th day. We sent msgs and called the host/agent number many times and there was no response. I had to contact Expedia two times and Expedia could not get a response from the host the first time. The second time the host said they would contact me and resolve the issues. But they did not. The two sinks were fixed on the 7th day and the bedsheets were changed and the trash was taken out on the 7th day. No bath mats and only one small cup in the cupboard. No communication about what we needed to do and how on the day we checked out. We contacted the host again and there was no response. An agent we tried to contact let us know we could leave the key cards on the table. In all, I paid for the superior apartment (not traditional one which is cheaper) and it is not as nice as it looked. Most importantly, communication from the host was very poor. Not good experience as expected.
