Hermoso hotel
Precioso lugar junto al rio Saigon,pero muy lejos del centro de la ciudad y el horario de regreso del shuttle bus es muy temprano. Absolutamente recomendable para quien quiera pasar mas tiempo en el hotel.Cuidados detalles de ambientacion.Tuvimos que pedir nos cambiaran de habitacion porque la que nos dieron al principio era demasiado pequeña.Al dia siguiente estabamos en una habitacion mas grande y comoda. Disfrutamos la estada.

A little disappointing
We booked a twin room but none available, but was given a suite for the last night. The first room had plumbing issues, could not control the hot water! and the shower fitting was broken. A noisey building site next door. Mouldy fruit in the room. Breakfast was not a buffet, the staff had never heard of cereal (cornflakes), only one dish allowed together with only one drink. This is strange as the minibar was refilled daily at no charge. We had to sit for breakfast overlooking the Saigon River which would have been great but for the rubbish. They should invest in a permanent barrier to stop this. We got the impression that they would cater more for their outside guests rather than residents.

Charming hotel, friendly staff, but be pre pared to pay for all extra things such as coffee refill for breakfast. And prices are sky high. Last order at restaurant was at 1900, when coming 1904 the restaurant was closed. Will recommend the hotel, but do find an alternative to restaurant.

Just beautiful
This is a stunning hotel in a beautiful location on the Saigon river with a river taxi to take you into The centre of the city. Sadly does not run after 7pm but taxis are inexpensive. The food is excellent and rooms beautiful, as is the pool. Our only downside, which is no fault of the hotel was noise from building work opposite. Staff, especially the reception staff incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend for anyone seeking an exclusive, luxury stay away from the big hotels

Better options in Thao Dien than this
Do not stay here. Better options in Thao Dien now. Have put all our clients in this hotel for the better part of a year. We had paid 5.5 nights but had to reschedule which the hotel agreed to by giving us 4 nights. The hotel offered us to stay until December. When we tried to book in November, they have rescinded the free night saying it was good only until October. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else like the Mia Saigon which is 1/3 of the price with better views and service.

Fabulous stay. I was there for a week. Fabulous food ,service and location. But not suitable for someone with mobility issues or wheelchair user as there are many steps and some without hand rails. Great hotel and wonderful staff, Great free speedboat into HCMC.

みなさま親切にしていただきありがとうございました。少し期待していたせいですが、帰国のフライトが夜中だったので、レイトチェックアウトにしてくれたら…と思ったけどだめでした…。 ただ、サービスは本当に良かったです！！

非常に居心地が良く、また行きたいです しかしながら最初に着いたとき、帰りのフライトが夜中で、空港へ向かう運転手が迎えに来るのが夕方5時だから、チェックアウトの延長お願いしたら部屋代の半分払わないと駄目と言われガッカリしました。当日10時にチェックアウトしに行くと五時までいいと言われ、嬉しかったですが、最初に言った男の人は意地悪だったのでしょうか？

下調べをしてかなり高い期待値で行きました。そして結果とってもよかったです。他の方々が仰る通りたしかに中心部からは距離はありますが、ゆっくりしたいという目的なので決して不便ではありませんでしたし、Grab TAXIを使えば400円20分程度で中心部に行けるので全く不便しません。とにかく最高でした。you are the best hotel in Ho chi min as I expected!

Great boutique hotel along the river
Great boutique hotel with super staff. We really enjoyed our breakfast at the river and the water taxi to center. It’s located in the expat area with some nice restaurants at a 5-10 min drive. The city centre is a 20-40 min by cab.

This boutique hotel has it all. The river-side location is a great escape from the big city. It's helpful staff could not do enough to accommodate our every request. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. And above all, the cleanliness of our room and the pool and dining areas could not have been beaten. We enjoyed our three nights there so much, that we're already planning a return visit.

とても清潔でした。プール周囲もこまめに清掃されていて、常に美しいです。夜、ベッドサイドに小さなケーキが置かれていたのもうれしかったです。スタッフさんもみなさん笑顔で接してくださって、帰国日に遅くまでお部屋を使わせていただけたのが本当にありがたかったです。エレベーターがないのは高齢の方などには不便かと思い、そこが残念です。

they have loud parties with heavy industrial disco equipment every day from 7pm to 10pm. sleeping is not possible, nor staying in hotel possible.

Great find
We stayed at Villa Saigon at the end of our travels. Was correct decision as we wanted to be near restaurants and landmarks but not right in the centre. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance and the speedboat into District 1 was amazing. Taxi back at night was around £4. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The Sanctuary room was a good size and had everything we needed. The free mini bar was great. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. Breakfast is made to order and was delicious. The Hotel gave me a number of treats for my birthday which made our stay even more special. Would highly recommend this amazing hotel.

落ち着いた空間です。
朝食と夕食をいただきましたが、食事も飲み物もとにかく美味しいです！ 1区から距離があるので1区への移動はほぼタクシーを利用しました。無料シャトルボートがもう少し本数があれば最高だと思います。 また、廊下の音が少し気になった事と、端部屋のためかWiFiが少し繋がりにくかったのが残念でしたが、概ね素敵な時間を過ごせました。音も騒音と言う程ではありません。

다시 방문할 가치가 있는 호텔
셔틀보트로 1군 다니기도 좋고 2군 중ㅎ 스팟도 걸어서 20분정도 택시로 5분이면 가능 해서 편합니다. 방도 넓고 객실이 너무 많지 않아 수영장이나 식당 모두 쾌적하게 즐길 수 있었고, 수영장 물 상태도 너무 좋습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하구요. 나무랄 것 없는 호텔이라 다음 호치민 방문에도 꼭 다시 갈 예정입니다.

The location is excellent as downtown, tourist area of Saigon is chaotic and unpleasant. The Song's boat shuttle to central works perfect to get you into the action, but pleasantly and quickly bring you back to the sanctuary of Song. And the menu is very good and diversified and the food is outstanding! If shopping and nightlife is the purpose of the trip, Song is slightly remote. But if cultural experience and access to sites outside of Saigon are primary interest, this is the place to be.
