There are four bedrooms — one with a king bed, two with queens, and one with two singles plus trundles — sleeping up to ten guests. Four bathrooms and four toilets ensure privacy for all. Relax with multiple heat pumps, individual bedroom heaters, and a cosy wall heater downstairs. Outside, the private hot tub overlooks the Derwent — perfect for evening soaks beneath the Tasmanian sky.

Guests have full access to the property. There are no shared spaces or areas that are off-limits during your stay.

Please note the property sits on an elevated block with steps between levels. Heating is available throughout the home. The outdoor hot tub is professionally serviced and ready for use — simply lift the cover and enjoy a soak with a view. The carport has a low clearance beam (approx. 180 cm high in the centre), so larger vehicles should park on the driveway instead.
