Recién terminada en octubre de 2018, esta casa de lujo se destaca del resto.
Situado en una zona tranquila y de casas nuevas, a solo 15 minutos en coche del CBD de Hobart, este hogar de 4 dormitorios, 3 baños y 2 salas de estar se adaptará a los huéspedes más exigentes. ¡Desde el momento en que ingresas a Rise House, estás rodeado de calidad!
El centro de esta espaciosa casa es una cocina ultra elegante, totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para su estadía. Un banco de piedra de 6 metros de largo, un enorme banco con isla con capacidad para diez personas, una gran nevera / congelador con dispensador de hielo / agua, horno ILVE con placas de inducción, lavavajillas Bosch, nevera para vinos y cafetera Expobar.
Junto a la cocina hay una gran mesa de comedor de piedra con capacidad para 10 comensales y un hermoso salón con cómodos salones de cuero y una gran televisión inteligente.
Se accede a través del salón desde una cubierta semicubierta con balaustrada de vidrio y tiene hermosas vistas del río y el suburbio circundante.
Rise House ofrece cuatro habitaciones grandes, 2 con baño privado. Todas las habitaciones incluyen televisión inteligente grande, armario, manta eléctrica, mesitas de noche con lámparas.
La segunda sala de estar cuenta con salones de cuero, una gran televisión inteligente con PlayStation 4, Wii U y una máquina de cócteles con 60 juegos.

Outstanding accommodation

My family and I stayed at this beautiful luxurious home for our holiday. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, the layout of the home was very suited for my elderly parents located in a beautiful peaceful street with a beautiful view. The pantry was full of various herbs and spices, the coffee machine was easy to use, which catered for our coffee kicks for the day. Most of all, Mark and Miriam are amazing hosts with their prompt responses. The art on the wall is absolutely mesmerising, we had everything we needed and more to feel we were home away from home. Perfect Property

This property was perfect for our stay in Tasmania. It was extremely well stocked with everything we needed plus loads of extras. The location was perfect with only a short drive to Hobart and surrounds and close to the airport. The views from the property were beautiful and it had everything we needed to keep our 5 and 8 year olds entertained during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were loads of towels and linen etc. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tassie. Thank you so much Mark and Miriam for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful house

Thanks Mark & Miriam, we loved your house and had the best time in Hobart. Location was great, not too close to the city, but not too far away either. The house is clean and very spacious - it accommodated our group of friends perfectly. The arcade game was also a hit for the oldies. Would definitely recommend and stay at again myself.

Weekend in Hobart

Property was lovely and accomadated 10 adults comfortably. Granton is half an hour away from the CBD in Hobart so factor this in if you want to stay centrally. However the area was well maintained and the rooms and communal areas modern ans comfortable. Recommend this property highly.

We had a wonderful stay here over a hot long weekend! We were kept cool and entertained by all that the house had to offer! Loved the location, made getting into Hobart easy and travelling back up North fast too! We would love to stay again when we have another group trip in Hobart!

Great property.Easy to find.All amenities for a 5 day stay including wifi access.Excellent rooms clean and plenty of towels. Only criticsm no welcome goodies we stayed at other properties during our tour of Tasmania and had tastes of Tasmania including a bottle of wine. Thanks to hosts.They have a beautiful home for family or friends to enjoy.

Six of us stayed here, plenty of space meant that nobody was tripping over any one else, lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. TVs in every room meant that it was easy to watch the game while the kids watched YouTube. Mark and Miriam were great when we had an issue with the washer. The only criticism I would have is the mattress was a bit harder than I'm used to, but everything else was excellent.

A wonderful experience in Rise House

It is a big and amazing house. It is very comfortable and cozy like our home. The house was tidy and organized. We had an amazing view in the morning and my daughter loved the heated beds! Definitely a must go to again when we are visiting Hobart!

Highly Recommend - The Rise rose soaringly above our expectations!

We were very pleased with the property, very clean, very well equipped, with all the modern conveniences. Lovely, warm house. Good views. One strange individual in our group was bafflingly very appreciative of the manual coffee machine. We were all very pleased.

Perfect place for friends and family

Just a perfect dream home for our group of two families where we stayed for 2 nights. Kitchen was massive and had a very well stocked pantry. Games room kept the kids (and adults!) entertained. Very family-friendly layout in a nice quiet location about 20 minutes drive from Hobart. Mark and Miriam were great hosts who responded to any queries promptly.
