Welcome to The Loft at Arthur Street, a unique warehouse-style apartment positioned above a separate studio. As you walk upstairs, you’re greeted by exposed brick walls, timber beams and an open-plan layout that brings kitchen, dining and living together beautifully.

The fully equipped kitchen features a gas cooktop, stainless steel island bench and plenty of preparation space. Beyond the living area, large sliding doors open to your own private deck and sunny courtyard with herb garden and outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon wine or simply relaxing in the fresh air.

There is one generous bedroom and a well-designed modern bathroom with quality finishes. Heating is provided by an air conditioning unit and a panel heater in the living room, with excellent natural sunlight throughout the day.
