    Prime Location: Enjoy biking to nearby shops, restaurants, and the pristine Hobe Sound Beach. Only minutes away from Jupiter Island Beach, Hobe Sound Beach, local shops, and top-rated restaurants. Biking distance to all the local attractions!

    Direct Intracoastal Access: Deep-water canal with ample boat dockage. Ocean access without the hassle of fixed bridges. Convenient public boat ramp for trailered boats at Jimmy Graham Park Boat Ramp is less than 10 minutes drive.

    Boat Dockage: Ample dockage space for your boat (25'-30'). Access is through the side yard to the dock. No slip use. Boat trailer may be parked in the driveway.

    Tree House Architecture: Unique tree-house like cottage on the water featuring knotty pine wood throughout and lush, tropical landscaping, this property provides the perfect blend of comfort and charm.

    Indoor/Outdoor living: The home boasts a FULLY screened outdoor living room and spacious resort-style pool area, creating a seamless flow between indoor relaxation and outdoor entertainment. The layout ensures privacy with the private sleeping quarters on one side and the main living area on the other, so the gathering can continue without disturbing those who want to rest.

    Owner’s Boat Lift: The owner's boat resides on the boat lift during your stay. The trailer sits in the driveway but plenty of driveway parking still.

This house was perfect for our Christmas in Hobe Sound. The family room/dining space is fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

We bookended out trip to Miami with stays here. We should've stayed here the whole week! So beautiful and inviting. There is something for everyone. A fantastic, fully stocked kitchen, a huge tv, 0lenty of space to hang out.

What an incredible property! So nice to find a cabin feel in South Florida. Todd was so accommodating and the home was well equipped with everything you could need. From soft bath towels to heaters in every room, we really enjoyed our stay!

Second Trip! We love this spot!

This is our second time renting this house and we were so happy to be back! Love to look at the water while I drink my coffee and my kids love fishing off the dock. Great location near Hobe Sound town center and easy drive to Jupiter. The whole family loves it!

Perfect for Group Gathering

Property was perfect for a group stay. The living area being split was perfect for people to continue their evening and not disturb others in the group that wanted to go to sleep. Pool was great. Location was great. Only had a small issue with drain in one shower not draining but it wasn’t a big deal. Would recommend for a group stay.

Great pool, amazing setup.

House: great and unusual setup. Sleeping area separate from family/living room. Kitchen: great open plan between Kitchen , dining room and family room. Pool: great, deep enough, clean. Location: great. Bottom line: defenatly not your everage house for vacation rent, very much highly recommended.

Love the location

So convenient for beach, town, and fishing. Great space too. We thoroughly enjoyed Hobe Sound and Todd’s place was the perfect location for exploring the area. Very spacious and such an interesting lay-out. Just wished we could have used the pool. Without a cover or heater the water stayed much too cold for use.

Book this house!

This house is located close to everything you need including a beautiful beach. It is very clean and the layout is perfect for entertaining and hanging out. The pool was the highlight of the trip for our kids. The host communicated promptly with us and even arranged for early check-in. They had everything: beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys, and kitchen basics. There is not one negative thing we could say about our stay here. Highly recommend booking this house!

Amazing breezeway house on the water

We loved this house. There is a shaded screened in area in the house. We called it a breezeway because there was a refreshing breeze going through it. My bride loved it and stayed in that area most of the time while we were at the house. We were able to park our boat at the dock on site. There is a boat launch right up the road close to the house, so getting our boat in the water and over to the house was easy. The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed. Nice area close to the beaches.

Great Spot - Cool House

We loved the house with is large screened in outdoor area. The living space was large and comfortable. My kids loved fishing off the dock and my husband and I enjoyed the water views. Everything was clean and easy to find. My kids were 9 & 11 and it was perfect for that age. If you have very small kids this is not the house for you.
