From this level, direct access leads out to the terrace. Adjacent to the living area, an open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes a shower and WC, serving as the sole bathroom of the property.
