“Really the trip was spoiled from the first moment by poor management. I arrived around 2pm, was checked in and told my room was ready, but per hotel policy I would have to wait until 3pm to enter. From about 2:30 I noticed a group of women in kimonos lined up straight like soldiers and forced to stand there until close to 3pm, when it became their job to take me to my room.
