“What an unexpectedly seamless stay! There was a shuttle bus that met us at the Shinkansen station that took us to the Onsen. When we arrived, we were ushered to a comfortable lobby for check-in. The bellman showed us the entire hotel and onsen, and walked us through our kimonos and slippers. Lovely breakfast, lovely rooms, lovely Onsen... and another free shuttle back to the Shinkansen station. We will definitely return! ”

“Our family of 3 had a wonderful 2 nights stay here. We book a Japanese room with private onsen and it was fantastic! Futon was really comfortable too with bean pillows that provided good head support. All the staffs were friendly and welcoming, especially with my 21 months old daughter. Breakfast and dinner was one of the best we have had among all the Ryokans we have stayed in Japan so far.
