“Precioso hotel boutique cerca del centro comercial y del parque natural con un gran spa en proximidad. Nos ha encantado su decoración y encontramos fantástica la calidad del desayuno buffet. Como único punto negativo me resultó realmente frustrante y me estropeó en parte la experiencia que el staff del hotel me despertara el sábado temprano pegando martillazos en la habitación de al lado, creo que son tareas ruidosas que se deberían dejar para la tarde.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we really liked the little breakfast bag every morning, it was healthy and we were pleasantly surprised that the pastry was different every day! We requested the breakfast by 7am each day and it was always on time.The hotel location is perfect for the railway station, shopping, and sightseeing. We would recommend the Dutch and we would stay again if we come to Maastricht.”

“We rented for 1 night, to attend a baptism nearby. The rooms are in a separate block next to the main building in which the restaurant and lobby is located; you will have to pass a windy and open area to get to the annex. The annex itself is a bare bones corridor with rooms on both sides, slightly remnant of a military barracks but with carpet. The rooms are equally bare bones and equipped with a closet, a desk, a TV, and a place to put your suitcase. Strangely, the room had one of those...

Tenía mi reserva pagada para el día 17 de junio.
Ese día hubo huelga general en los trenes de Holanda, me comuniqué con la propiedad porque no había manera de llegar. Solicité reembolso y se negaron a autorizarlo. Totalmente decepcionada. "
"Es un buen hotel, la atención es buena y la ubicación es también excelente. Sin embargo la limpieza de la habitación es muy deficiente. Duramos más de dos semanas, y el "aseo" lo hacían en menos de 1 minuto, nunca aspiraron o sacudieron bien las camas. Otro punto en contra es que las camas son demasiado blandas y esto hace que sean muy incómodas. Aunque nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación, las otras eran más pequeñas y las camas eran similares. "
