“Nice to have coffee and muffins an hour before the excellent breakfast choices. We sat by an outdoor fire one night and played board games the other night. A true retreat from the daily grind.
Our two adult children and the two of us slept comfortably in one room that had mutliple beds. Nice to have the option to walk to town as well.
Great time!”

“We had a great time here. We didn't stay long, but we felt welcomed by the host when we ran into them. The room was clean and decorated nicely! We appreciated the clear instructions on where to park and where to retrieve our key to the room”

“Cathy and I cannot say enough great things about this Bed & Breakfast. On our 7 day trip through MA, VT, NH, this place was by far our favorite ❤️!
The house is very convenient to town and easy to park and just leave your car for the rest of your stay. We walked to everything.
Our only regret was we didn't stay longer!
Beautiful room, amazing bathroom, great tile work! We used the living room with fireplace (very toasty) and the breakfast with blueberry pancakes was amazing! We can’t wait to...

“I was traveling to the area for a wedding at a local resort and spent two great nights at the Colonel Spencer Inn. Hosts Tracy and Jim are kind and respectful and offered to assist with my luggage. I slept very well in the comfortable bed. Even though the weather was less than ideal, it is in a beautiful setting and I want to stay there again. I had two delicious and filling breakfasts and I appreciated the snacks, coffee and tea bar, and beverage fridge filled with water bottles.”
