Perfecto para parejas o familias de 4 que buscan un refugio tranquilo, este apartamento está ubicado en una casa de 2 pisos ubicada en un vecindario privado de alta gama conocido como Halcyon Heights en Holetown, St. James.
Cuenta con una decoración relajada con un diseño de planta abierta en la sala de estar, comedor y área de cocina, además de dos amplias habitaciones con armarios empotrados y un baño. Hay un patio con vista a los jardines circundantes donde abundan los árboles frutales como el aguacate, la lima de mango y el coco y una variedad de plantas tropicales. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to prepare several meals during our stay. The property is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from the supermarket, with numerous excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Additionally, the owner kindly provided beach towels, which proved to be a valuable amenity for our coastal excursions.

We had it all for our dream vacation - Warm welcome from Sonia and Ian, home from home with everything we need inside, great and prompt support from Sonia. Sonia and Ian had perfect and vast knowledge about local places to visit and see -We regretting not to ask many questions about it. But we hope to see them again and follow their recommendations in future.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und geräumiges Appartement. Bett zu zweit etwas schmal. Die Küche bot alle nützlichen Utensilien, um sich selbst zu versorgen und zu kochen. Schöne Terrasse umgeben von grüner Vegetation, wir könnten alle Mahlzeiten draußen essen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns extra vom Flughafen abgeholt hat!Für den Fußweg nach Holetown braucht man im Dunkeln Taschenlampen, ansonsten machbar (1,7 km).

This is a lovely apartment; the area was so quiet and peaceful. The inside was beautifully decorated, room cozy and clean and the added surprise was that the kitchen was well equipped for a great stay. Recommending it to my friends for their Cropover stay.

Holetown excellence

Sonia and Ian were excellent hosts! The property was exactly as described, very clean and well equipped, close to all amenities. Daily parade of green monkeys was a bonus! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Holetown

Visiting to watch test cricket and was very pleased to have chosen Holetown and Sonia and Ian’s unit. Our costs were welcoming and continually assisted. The walk to shops and beaches could be a challenge for some but becomes easier each time. I’d recommend visitors join a snorkeling and turtle watching tour, that was fantastic.Over a fantastic experience and Australia won the test!Mark from Kincumber, Australia

Suited us down to the ground, quiet, lovely shaded area for morning coffee, host very helpful; walk back didn’t bother us but lack of any pavement won’t suit some.

Holetown Value

Stayed for 9 days at the apartment and it was close enough to walk to beach and shopping but a bit of a climb coming back so perfect if you have a car. We rented a vehicle and it worked out fine for us. Nice quiet location. Extremely lovely hosts that accommodated any requests we had. Would recommend this apartment.

The location is nice and lay back. Very quiet and safe.

My stay was great,The host was very warm and always checking in on me. I love the settings. Very clean cozy and comfortable. I definitely would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect haven

While we only spent 5 nights, we have to say it was the perfect place for us and highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay for a much longer time. The hosts are kind and considerate people who were helpful and friendly in making sure we were comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality!

Apartment was just what we needed. Quiet, safe neighborhood with all the necessary amenities. Owners were great to work with - very hands off, but able to answer all questions when needed. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Close to beach, stores and restaurants. Would definitely come back. The main road to the beach has no sidewalk in places. Could be an issue for some, especially at night. Recommend a taxi at night if you don’t rent a car. Unit is very clean, well equipped and quiet.

Great Winter Break

Check in was quick and efficient.Apartment spacious well equipped and comfortable, all as advertised. Safe , quiet neighbourhood. Strong Wi-Fi . Sonia & Ian available by WhatsApp but not intrusive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return

Perfect Apartment!

We loved our stay in Barbados! This apartment was the perfect location on the west side. Certainly could have walked to the beach, mall, grocery store, etc but ideally needed a car to see the island. REALLY LOVED seeing the troupe of monkeys passing by several times a day! Sonia and Ian were the perfect host, made us feel welcome and comfortable! We'll be back!

Holetown-Lower Halcyon Heights

Very nice and clean apartment. Easy to communicate with Sonia when needed. She had a few items for us when we got there, god bless her! We kept in shape by walking back and forth to the beach.

2 weeks of Barbados heaven

Sonia (and Ian) were truly wonderful hosts. We enjoyed our time in this comfortable, spacious and spotless 2 bed apartment. Great shower, air con in bedrooms, insect mesh on windows, comfy beds, safe, hairdryer, cable tv (if you like that) and wi-fi throughout. There’s parking too if a rental car is neededLovely people in a lovely house in a lovely part of Barbados! 10 mins walk from Limegrove Thank you Sonia for the late checkout- it really does help. Pleasure to meet you. Blessings x

Smartest way to enjoy the platinum coast!

Smooth sailing all the way. Quiet neighborhood, lovely hosts who were very easy to reach for anything. We interacted primarily with Sonia. All as advertised. Great location, strong wifi. Super convenient for easily accessing west coast beaches and establishments. Highly recommend!

Comfortable

Communication was great. The apartment was clean and bright. The neighborhood is lovely. If you do not have a car there is a fifteen minute walk to the main road, which was good exercise for us. The main road has all shopping you need. Thanks Sonia and Ian , we enjoyed our stay.
