We loved this property and Sugar Hill! Communication from the host is excellent - Janine is super responsive and helpful. The villa is a great space and is spotlessly maintained and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen has everything you need and more, and eating on the covered patio is truly lovely. The cross-breeze when the front and back windows/doors opened is terrific. The backyard is very private as the property is at the end of the street and the gardens are lovely. One night we were lucky enough to see the local monkeys move through the backyard including some very cheeky juveniles who came right up to the pool deck to say hello. The Fairmont Beach club passes worked seamlessly and there are also comfortable beach chairs should you head out to any of the other gorgeous public beaches nearby. Sugar Hill felt very safe, and the entire property is well taken care of. The pool facilities are great and were never crowded and The Deck restaurant was nice to have on sight. Sugar Hill is in a great location with many great restaurants in nearby Holetown within a 10 minute drive as well as the big Massy supermarket with a good selection of anything you need. We had a fantastic week at this property and very much hope we will be able to return one day - we would book again in a heartbeat! Thank-you for such a wonderful stay!

Truly amazing

We loved our time at Jasmine Villa and were so sad to leave. The villa itself is beautiful and is so well situated for local beaches and delicious restaurants. The other two pools in Sugar Hill are an added bonus. Spending 10 days in the villa over Christmas was amazing and our children loved their holiday and being so well looked after by the owner and property manager. Thank you so much, we hope to be back soon!

Exceeded expectations, wonderful

First, this house is more spacious than the pictures convey. The location is perfect, with easy access to good food and major roadways, yet private and very quiet. We loved the veranda, starting and ending each day there. The pool was so refreshing and surrounded by lush plantings. Everything is provided for you, and we especially appreciated the informational booklet, the beach club, the restaurant and it's friendly staff, and the beautiful and secure complex. Great vacation!

The villa is in excellent condition , very clean and well furnished, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, is surrounded by tropical garden, with plenty of outside seating areas and a fabulous plunge pool. The Sugar Hill Estate is lovely , friendly staff , secure, immaculate garden areas , lovely pools and casual bar

Jasmine Villa, Sugar Hill Estates

We recently stayed at Jasmine Villa with our 23 year old son. The villa was beautiful with a spectacular view of the Carribean Sea. It was well appointed, very clean with a spacious indoor living area, outdoor deck with a sitting area as well as an outdoor dining table. All perfect for cocktails while viewing the gorgeous sunset. 10 minutes to Holetown and 2 minutes by car to the Fairmont Beach . The property has access to a restaurant and two communal pools…again with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. Janine was a wonderful host and we can’t wait to Come back for our next visit!!!

We enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. The only negative is that you need a car to get to the beach and Holetown for shopping etc. as there are no buses or shuttle service.

The Best Villa in Barbados!

We stayed at this villa the week of our wedding and it was the best experience ever!! We cannot stop raving it was the perfect vacation getaway with all the comforts of home. The hosts are wonderful with an added bonus of a fabulous property manager. The villa is located in Sugar Hill which has every amenity you could want on your holiday. The gym and club house are pristine and the grounds are well maintained. If I could give this villa a rating I would give it a 10/5 really cannot recommend it more.

Incredible villa for our most perfect getaway

Absolutely superb villa—it's at the end of the row, so perfectly private and serene! We loved hearing the birds chirping every morning while enjoying our coffees on the quiet balcony. Such an amazing trip, we had everything we needed and more. Would definitely book here again :)

Fantastic villa!!! Beautifully furnished, very calm and relaxing and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with Villeroy and Boch glasses and crockery. The villa has a gorgeous upper terrace overlooking the Caribbean sea and lovely lower terrace and garden with plunge pool, bbq area with gas provided, dining table with umbrella and sunbeds. We loved watching the green tail monkeys passing the Villa. Sugar Hill also has two beautiful pools, both with shallow sections, a gym, tennis courts, a children's play area and a poolside restaurant where the food and service are excellent. To top it off there is 24 hour security. Absolute pleasure dealing with our host Janine, very smooth check in and nothing was too much trouble. We couldn't fault anything, Jasmine Villa is a really good find and we will definitely be back!!!

A truly wonderful find.

From the onset of organising our holiday we knew we had hit the jackpot. Our host, janine,was more than helpful and so prompt in responding to any questions we had. From the minute we arrived in Barbados , Marcia ( the property manager) had arranged a taxi to pick us up. She organised to leave groceries to see us through till we went shopping. The villa is absolutely beautiful, equipped with everything you need to have a fantastic time.Holetown is the best area to be in ( travelled the island and would recommend a look on the beautiful wild east coast) everyone was so friendly and helpful. Truly a wonderful holiday. I would highly recommend jasmine villa. Jane Moan.
