  • Escape to the lake with this private home on the water with lake views from almost everywhere in the house. Enjoy a private Sandy beach with fire place and dock for swimming, kayaking and more. You’ll be surrounded with trees and water with no homes close by on either side during your stay. Two very large decks for relaxing, eating and entertaining while enjoying the quiet outdoor space.

    Close to TreeHouse Brewery, Brimfield Flea market, Public House, Old Sturbridge Village and more.

Perfect spot!! My family had a great stay very comfortable and plenty of space. Just a lot of steps for some of the seniors that were with us.

I would highly recommend this place. The host was prompt with questions and didn't feel invasive like some hosts of the past. They were even willing to work with my group as we were traveling quite a distance in getting stuff dropped off ahead of time. Their food recommendations were spot on. We enjoyed our New Year’s stay at the lake house! Communication was prompt and clear. We had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for evening meals, everything was clean, and we enjoyed the view. We even had snowfall during our stay!

lovely spot

When it rained, we stayed in and watched a movie in the comfy living room. When it was sunny, we sat on the beautiful deck, and walked around the neighborhood. We really enjoyed this spot.

The views are stunning from both floors of the house and the sellers were kind and communicative throughout. Check-in process was simple and uncomplicated. Dinner at Sturbridge Seafood was delicious! We hope to return for a future getaway. Thank you!

Cozy beautiful and clean

Everything was great, we were especially impressed by the cleanliness! Beautiful views of the lake and trees. It may have been helpful to have one binder or notebook with all pertinent info in one place but we easily survived without.

Check in was quick and easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our children livyed the ice maker in the fridge! Wi-Fi was excellent. Plenty of room for us to spread out if we wanted to. The water views were relaxing as was the water itself. Property is privately tucked away in a cove. Quiet area. The a/c was much appreciated as it was a very hot and humid week.

Amazing family memories!

We had a fabulous week! Our family visited and came and went during the day. The house is fabuous - comfortable and beautiful with lots of special touches added. The lake is so clean and private where we were! We all fished from the dock, swam and kayaked! We had a fire in the beach fireplace one evening - gorgeous night. The beach area was a great addition! We were sad to leave and plan to return next summer!!!

This was a beautiful, well kept property. Centrally located for our first stop through New England. Beautiful view and felt private. Lots of sitting areas available both inside and out. My only downside would be the cobwebs on the decking area outside. This is to be expected because of the area but seemed a little excessive like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We enjoyed everything about our stay on the lake in this very clean and beautiful home in a private setting with its spectacular lake views and sandy beach access to the water. On a daily basis, we saw lots of nature friends while having coffee or dinner on the spacious decks, including hummingbirds, pileated woodpeckers, and herons flying across the lake. We also had fun swimming, fishing, and using the available kayaks, pedal boat, and paddle boards. Kyle and Brooke were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed throughout our entire stay. We look forward to renting this hidden gem on the lake again soon!!

We had a nice time. the place was nice and the view was beautiful. The only issue was that the lower level was cold and the fireplace did not work. Very disappointing.
