This place worked very well for a family holiday gathering.‘plenty of nice space, plenty to do. Because we were going to be there in winter we wanted to have a place to stay that wouldn’t get boring if we couldn’t go out. We were not disappointed. Everybody was very happy with the clean space, nice view. Unfortunately the neighbor blocked the golf cart pad so we had difficulty getting access. Maybe a no parking sign in front!

The home was spacious, clean, and fully stocked. The indoor pool and play area was a hit with the kids. The adults loved the deck, kitchen/living area and the space to spread out. The house was as beautiful as the views. We would highly recommend this place.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. My husband is in a wheelchair, and the accessibility of the property was top notch. There was plenty of room for everyone to break off and do their own thing throughout the house, and plenty of room for all of us to come together for mealtimes. So very happy with our stay. Next time we vacation in Branson, we will be back!

Refrigerator filters needed replacing.Right dishwasher was moldy.Thermostat showed poor air quality and CO2 on all levels. Resolved by opening windows for a day. Went from poor to clean.Stools on main floor were stained and we swapped with stools on bottom floor. Downstairs left bedroom locked from the inside when we arrived.

My only complaint was only 3 parking spaces by our house but there were other parking areas. Management was great. Responded very quickly . Five *****

Annual Family Vacation

This was our fourth family vacation in the Branson area and the first time with this rental. The location and outdoor space were perfect for our family. We spent hours on the deck socializing. The proximity to Table Rock Lake and Branson was perfect.The game room was perfect for our two teenagers (and adults). We spent many hours playing in the game room.The only disappointment was the advertised smoker/grill. We had planned several meals around the use of the smoker and reported to management that it wasn't working. They were unable to fix it during our stay, so we had to make several meal adjustments.We also had issues with the water heater, but management responded quickly and had it fixed.Neither issue (the grill or the water heater) impacted our stay and the overall joy of being together.Would recommend this rental for large family gatherings.

Loved the house

We arrived at the property and it was a beautiful house. We had a few things happen. We booked this house for the elevator bc I had two in wheelchairs. But the elevator was down. The two who could go down stairs really enjoyed the game room. Other than that it was a great stay with plenty of room. We would book again.

Wonder land in Branson

If you want a the greatest place for a large family, this is the spot. They take care of every thing you need and answer back to all your concerns.The kids and kids at heart stayed down stairs when we weren't out doing as much as we could see in a short week. Not enough time to this lovely home which we want to thank you for letting us use. Hope to return one of these days. Thanks So Much

Making Memories

Our group range from age 1 to 77 and there was something here for all of us to enjoy, but most of all we got to spend time as a family. Loved the large kitchen living area perfect space to cook in with a beautiful view where we could all hang out. The kids really enjoyed the arcade in the pool and mom and dad enjoyed the privacy of the big deck upstairs! Plan on making this an annual tradition.

Family Reunion

Our family traveled in from Washington, Wyoming, Arkansas, and Missouri. The house had something for everyone (ages 4 to 82). The view was great. The younger generations enjoyed the outdoor pool and playground. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and private indoor pool. Having two refrigerators and dishwashers allowed all 19 of us to shop and eat at the house. The grill/smoker was a great addition, our competitive bbq guy used it 3 times for us. We also enjoyed having two sets of washers and dryers. We rented the house with an elevator specifically for the older generation, but it did not work. I shared the information with the property managements team and the tried to fix it, but didn’t get it working. The splash pad worked on day, but the rest of the trip did not work. I let the property management team know about it and they are suppose to speak with the HOA.

This is a 5 Star stay for a family Reunion

Our family of six couples were able to enjoy the most relaxing, easy stay. Each couple was able to have a private space with ensuite bathrooms. The seating for talking inside and outside was fabulous. Plenty of room. Kitchen provided plenty of utensils for our meal prep and enjoyment. The property had 2 coffee machines -drip and Keurig. This was a memorable vacation. Thank you.

Amazing property with awesome view!

This house has everything we needed and the view is spectacular. We loved all the amenities including the hot tub, pool, and games in the basement. Everything looked brand new and the property manager was easy to reach. They even let us check-in an hour early which was much appreciated! Our only complaints were that we had to spend an hour cleaning the grill (the moisture caused the pellets to form a solid block in the back of the grill) and the tv outside couldn’t connect to the internet. Both very minor things so it wasn’t a big deal. If we ever come back to Branson, we will stay here again as you can’t beat the view and location!

Thanksgiving in Branson

This home was a perfect place for a family Thanksgiving. It’s beautiful and has all the amenities you could want. Our grandkids, ages 2-9, loved the indoor pool and the arcade games. The bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. We will be back!

Splendid house for a little getaway

We rented this house for a quick getaway before school started. The house itself is amazing, it has so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Having your own pool was very fun and wonderful. The house had everything we needed and then some including the awesome arcade games and hot tub. We really enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning!!

Great for family reunions

The house was beautiful and well appointed. Everything we needed was there. Everybody loved the pinball machine. Parking was a problem but we got permission to park across from the house. We had a great time.
