The Space:

Step inside and discover a bright, open-concept living space designed for gathering. The living room invites you to sink into the oversized wraparound couch with ottoman, curl up by the decorative fireplace, and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV after a day on the lake. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, both a drip coffee maker and Keurig at the dedicated coffee station for your morning brew, and a spacious island with seating for four where conversations naturally flow. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats eight, making it easy to share meals, stories, and plans for the next day's adventures. For a bit of extra fun, the bunk bedroom features its own Pac-Man arcade game, sure to be a hit with guests of all ages.



Outside, the covered deck becomes your private retreat among the trees, complete with a hot tub for soaking and unwinding after a day of adventure. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a set of full-over-queen size bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 4 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a first-floor walk in unit.

• There is trailer parking in the subdivision, by the low water crossing.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

This enviable location also puts you within 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
