“My family and I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. I’m sharing this feedback constructively in hopes it helps improve future guests’ stays.Upon arrival, we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. “The home was exactly as the photos depicted. We had more than ample cookware and dishes in the kitchen. It was a joy to be close to Lake Fork and family in the area!”

“The property was easy to find and convenient to get around Mineola. Accommodations were great. Nice layout: kitchen perfect with refrigerator/ microwave/ oven / coffee maker. Cups/ bowls / plates and silverware all good. Actually most comfortable bed while on vacation. Only issue we had was the smell of cat pee which (after lighting a candle) was fine. Overall comfortable stay.”

“Close to the dock and boat ramp. Sunset sitting in the hot tub was very pretty. The frogs serenading made it feel so romantic. Can't wait to come.”

“The property was very clean and had lots of amenities, the host was helpful and pleasant to interact with. There was a great selection of coffee, tea and hot cocoa with lots of flavor syrups and they had a great snack selection which the kids were very happy about. We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was even very gracious about us being a little behind on check out time which was very much appreciated.”
