Esta unidad dúplex de la planta baja ha sido recientemente renovada para ofrecer a sus huéspedes lo mejor en confort de playa. Mientras disfruta de la mejor vista de Topsail Beach, disfrute de todas las nuevas comodidades modernas de esta gran unidad. Una vez que te quedes aquí, ya no necesitarás ser rescatado del mundo real.

El Rescate Emocional Down ofrece 2 dormitorios y 1 baño. El tamaño de las camas incluye una cama Queen, 2 gemelas y un sofá cama Queen. Se proporcionan almohadas, colchas y mantas. NO se proporcionan sábanas, pero están disponibles para alquiler.

Esta propiedad está ubicada en 101 N. Anderson Blvd en Topsail Beach, y es el nivel inferior del dúplex.


Esta propiedad admite mascotas. Se aplicará una tarifa no reembolsable de $ 175 + impuestos por mascota. Límite de 2 mascotas por reserva.

Beautiful spot, needs a few fixes.

The location on the beach is fantastic. Overall, the house is pretty comfortable with a few exceptions. The big one is that the mattresses are worn out, especially in the master bedroom. The beds get a 1 star and if they are not replaced, is a deal breaker for us to stay again. The grill is old, rusted, and didn’t work. We had two very stormy days and so we figured we’d watch TV. They are older and not smart TV’s. No streaming services and you can’t even connect your tablet unless you drive to another city to buy an adaptor. TV’s aren’t that expensive and should be updated to make stormy days more enjoyable. The gas stove worked great and we cooked a lot of meals. The pots and pans are sort of shabby, but I was able to get the job done with what we had. There are no beach chairs. The leasing company wants you to rent them from them. In Hawaii and California beach chairs would just be there for your use. I felt like this was nickel and diming us. It’s like going to get a burger and they charge you extra for ketchup to dip your fries in. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot right on the terrific part of the ocean. If you are going to spend most of your time on the beach, then you can probably overlook most of the above complaints. But it would be better if these things were addressed and updated.

Family Vacation

Loved the property my only concern was how close to main road it was and crossing the road was a little sketchy as the foliage in the front is very high and makes seeing cars and them seeing you hard. That was the same with pulling cars in and out. I am glad I did not have small children, front door should have a lock up top to such as a hook and eye just to keep kids from getting out and hit by a vehicle.

The location was fantastic!! House was cozy but needs updates. Cookware almost unusable, really needs replaced. Queen bed seems wore out. Couch and chairs were very comfortable. I can’t say enough about the location, it is perfect. Deck was amazing. A few updates and this would be the perfect place

Overall good stay

Great location! Home is older and dated, but still clean. It was so nice to just walk out and be directly on the beach. Very limited parking space- did not notice this described in the listing, we made do though! House is very “creepy”, as owner lives upstairs and you can hear EVERY movement. AC unit quit in the bedroom- made owner aware and he had technician out next day- but could not be fixed due to part needing ordered. Due to the AC not working we were unable to sleep in the bedroom and slept on the pull out couch because it was much cooler- mattress on pull out couch is not comfortable- not a lot of good sleeping on vacation. Overall we enjoyed our stay and our vacation. We love topsail! Will def. be coming back, but do not plan on renting this home again.

Great dog beach!

We enjoyed our time at Emotional Rescue and our dog Eddie had the best time. The only disappointment was no AC in the main living area in 90+ degree temps. It probably should be noted that there's is no direct stairway to the beach for elderly or handicap access-the dune could be difficult to climb for some.

ON the beach

My brother, his wife, and I enjoyed our week. The duplex is cozy and comfortable. Loved the big deck with tall Adirondack chairs...we spent hours out there. Kitchen worked fine for cooking breakfast each day and making quick sandwiches for lunch. We used both the big dining table and the breakfast nook. Beds are OK--master mattress is soft but slept well. The only drawbacks to the house are: one older bathroom that could be updated and the stairs to the beach are inundated with sand. We found it very difficult to climb back up the steep sandy hill. Not sure if anything can be done since the beach is eroding & hurricanes are eating away at the shore. But anyone with mobility issues will have a difficult time getting down to the beach. All in all, we had a great time.

Lovely and restful place

Very nice 2 bedroom place on teh beach. The deck is wonderful and we loved the sunroom and breakfast nook. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped -- good if you like to cook. The only issue we had was the bathroom sink was plugged up when we arrived, but property management fixed it up the first day we were there, so all good.

Cozy seaside bungalow cabin

We were really happy with our stay here. Emotional Resuce is a cozy cabin right on top of the dunes. Everything was new and clean, and we loved the tall adirondak chairs on the deck. The beach is quieter and it's less busy here than surf city. We would definitely stay here again.
