  • NO STEPS! Our Coastal Ranch is as peaceful as it gets. 3 Bedrooms & 2 Full Baths with an outdoor shower. It sits on a corner lot lined with Palm Trees. We offer a four-season rental! When you walk in the door you'll know you deserved this vacation. It's full of Clean & Cozy. We are only 6 minutes from the beach and located right before you cross the bridge. This home provides easy access for parents, grandparents and kids with plenty of front and backyard to play in and located in a cul-da-sac. I'm easy to reach, anytime.

Great stay!

Our group of 6 stayed here for a long weekend in Surf City and we had a great time. There was plenty of room for four adults and two kids and the location couldn't have been better.

The house was perfect! Great location. Super clean! Had everything we needed to cook in and the local restaurants were great also. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It’s super comfy and felt like home away from home. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was communicative and helpful. Will be back and can’t wait!

Perfect

This was an awesome, clean place to stay for a long weekend at Surf City. My parents were with us and having no stairs was a must. We greatly enjoyed our stay! The host was super accommodating and very responsive.

The home is extremely well maintained and appointed. Wonderful vacation rental. The host is wonderful. If I could give 10 stars we would. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent near Surf City Nc

Cozy stay

The house was well supplied with everything we needed. Very clean and fresh. Ample room for family that stopped in to visit. Owner answered all of my questions promptly. Will absolutely consider staying here again.

Great Place / Great Host

Loved the property, location, and layout of the house. Several aging family members were dealing with hip and knee injuries, so the one level property with no steps was perfect! In addition to the property being perfect -- Tammy was an exceptional host and made herself available on Christmas Eve. Great Property, Great Host!

Great Location!

Check in was simple and the property was in a perfect location for us. The house was super clean, had everything we needed including but not limited to kitchen items, extra blankets and a washing machine and dryer with detergent. I asked a question while we were there and received a prompt response. I would definitely recommend this property.

A wonderful stay!

It is a charming, very clean and comfortable home. It is well appointed and has great stainless steel appliances. Plenty of parking, nice yard with a patio and safe neighborhood. This house would work well for a couple or family. The host was responsive and very nice to deal with! Close to shopping and beach. Highly recommend!

Wedding Week

Lovely home! We were in town for our daughters wedding and wanted to be close by (we were 1 minute from her). The house is cozy and comfortable. It was nice to arrive and find paper products (TP/paper towels) already there as well as kitchen soap and laundry detergent. There were even basic seasonings on hand. We will be staying again:)

Beautiful home, great location

The house is very comfy and cozy with everything needed for a delightful week. We were there for a week during a tropical storm so we spent a lot of time inside. The beds are firm and comfortable. The sofa is huge. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was immaculate. We hope to rent this property the next time we visit Topsail Island.

Cleanest Rental!

Definitely the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Master bed is soft if you like that. Well stocked and a safe neighborhood. Full size washer and dryer was nice to have. There was a gnat issue coming from unused drain but I guess bugs are a thing of the South and owner responded promptly. Overall a great place.

Spring Break with family

My son lives in Hempstead so we were looking for something close to him. This was the perfect place! There are three close grocery stores near by and a fourth 2.5 down the road. Beach is 2 min away by car, plenty of restaurants close by too! We will stay here again when we come back to visit …. If it’s available! The host was super easy to get a hold of and communication with her was great!

Peaceful Holiday Haven

Highlights of this location: Immaculately Clean, Organized, Spacious, Quiet/Safe Neighborhood, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Amazing/Comfy Beds, Streaming Access on each Bedroom TV, Super Convenient Access to Shops, Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, TopSail Beach, Friendly Neighbors, Pets Accepted!!! Owner super easy to communicate with and ask questions. Would def stay again if traveling to Surf City in the near future. Very relaximg and calming respite!!!! Thank you!

A Great Vacation!

My husband, granddaughter, the dog and I stayed at this lovely home for 5 nights. The layout was great and being all on one level was a huge bonus and a big reason that we chose this property. Our knees were quite appreciative! The home is very close to the beach areas yet the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The amenities provided were more than adequate and we were quite comfortable. It rained the last two days so we stayed in and were quite content. If I ever plan to visit this area again, I will check this property first.
