“Cozy and warm resting place. Safe to walk the neighborhood. Accommodating to our fur babies. Marianne was a great host. Worked with us to make our stay comfortable. Definitely recommend the Hummingbird Cottage!”

“I am a mother traveling with my daught and grandsonthar was playing a baseball tournament in Oxford. Not more than 10 minutes arriving, a cop was in front porch asking my grandson if he had been spraying paint on houses. He absolutely was not, never out of our eyes and we were still unloading. A vert loud sound hit the house in middle of nights, cops again everywhere which us being women made us very frightened and uncomfortable. Roaches in front bath tub in the morning”

“This stay was excellent for our needs. Booking and check in easy and quick. Property was clean and well maintained. Host was friendly and attentive. Quick response with any communication. Great place to stay and great price! Bed was comfortable for a great night sleep! ”

“Cute little place and a great location for parents with kids living in Rowandale.”

“Falsely advertised how many people could sleep in the house. The only bed had bodily stains and hairs all over the sheets. The towels were dirty with makeup and other stains. Disgusting and unacceptable. Unbelievably, the Velvet Ditch refused to give any refund. Thankfully, Vrbo protects their clients. I strongly recommend avoiding any Velvet Ditch property after seeing how their management operates.”
