“The unit was nice and in good condition. Several electrical outlets did not work. In the bedroom, out of three lamps, only one worked. One didn’t work at all, and the third only worked sometimes. The kitchen was very clean when we arrived. The view is very nice.”

“As advertised we were expecting a luxurious property but we were totally disappointed when we arrived. The apartment is an old unit and, especially the bathrooms, needs a renovation. The coach and chairs were all worn. It was also a nasty surprise that parking, advertised as included in the apartment, was a valet service you have to pay on top of the rental fee. It is the same case with laundry, it is a share laundry room per floor which has to be paid through a special card with a minimum...

“I had an amazing stay at this condo in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with a fishing pier nearby that made mornings especially enjoyable.The condo itself is very spacious, with plenty of room to relax. “This place was well beyond our expectations. Beautiful Condo with City and sunset view. The tiki bar on site has great food and drinks and pool side service. The pool area could have been a little cleaner, but the view was spectacular. There is a small partial view of the ocean, but its not considered "ocean view." We loved it so much here as a family with younger children, that we booked it again for next year. ”
