Let`s start where it matters most. This backyard was built for people who want to actually live outside — not just have a pool to look at.

The centerpiece is a large rectangular pool with deep blue tile and a built-in sun shelf with submerged chaise loungers. You recline in the water, half-in and half-out, while the Florida sun does its thing. It`s the kind of feature that sounds nice in a description and actually delivers in person. The pool runs naturally warm through the South Florida spring, summer, and fall — usually around 82–88°F — so no heating required during those months.

The hot tub sits just off the pool deck, covered and private. It`s ready whenever you are, morning or night.

The louvered pergola runs the full length of the outdoor entertaining area — modern aluminum with adjustable slats so you can control the shade. Underneath it, a large granite island bar seats ten comfortably with all-weather chairs. It`s a proper outdoor living room, not just a patio with a table.

On the side of the house is the built-in outdoor kitchen — a professional stainless steel grill set into a granite countertop cabinet. This isn`t a portable BBQ on wheels. It`s a permanent cooking setup designed for people who want to actually cook outside, properly, without feeling like they`re improvising.

A large Smart TV is mounted on the exterior wall of the home, facing the pool and pergola. Stream anything — sports, movies, whatever — from the loungers or the bar without going inside. There`s also a hanging egg chair for the quieter moments. Travertine pavers with artificial turf strips between them give the whole yard a clean, tailored look that holds up well in photos and feels even better in person.

The House
Fully renovated and modern throughout. The interiors are clean and comfortable — open living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking in, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs and central A/C. The kind of practical setup that makes a multi-day stay actually pleasant rather than just tolerable.

Worth mentioning on its own — the primary bathroom is finished in floor-to-ceiling black marble tile with gold hardware throughout. Glass shower enclosure with a built-in bench and niche shelving, hexagonal mosaic floor tile, and a smart bidet toilet. It`s the kind of bathroom that gets its own reaction when guests see it for the first time.

Traveling with a Pet?
Pets are welcome here — we`re glad you want to bring them along. There`s a one-time fee of $100 per pet, sorted before check-in, which helps us prepare the home properly for your arrival and keep everything in good shape for everyone who stays here. Before you embark on your much‑deserved vacation, we’d like to share what you can expect from Tilah Stays, and what we kindly expect from our guests.

What can you expect from us?

1. You’ll enjoy a clean, tastefully decorated home that looks just like the photos.

2. The property is fully equipped to anticipate your needs, so no late‑night store runs are necessary. If something essential is missing, we kindly request to let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

3. Our team is genuine, responsive, and committed to your comfort. We’re available from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. While appliances are maintained regularly, we understand that unexpected issues can happen. If so, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help as soon as possible.

4. Our goal at Tilah Stays, is to help create memorable experiences. Ask us about car rentals, birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette decorations, and more. We’d love to make your stay extra special.

5. For birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette, or special decorations, to ensure we can prepare everything smoothly, we kindly ask that you share any special requests at least 24 hours prior to your check‑in time. This allows our team to arrange the details promptly and have everything ready to welcome you.

What is expected of you?

More than just a property, this is a home that’s very dear to us, and we love sharing it with you! In order to have a wonderful stay and avoid any hiccups, we’ve set a few friendly guidelines. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them carefully and confirm that you’ve understood. Think of it as our way of keeping the good times rolling.

1. We kindly ask to please respect the neighborhood. Our homes are located in residential areas, and neighbors may not be on vacation. Keep noise to a minimum both indoors and outdoors, and please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM.

2. Please help us maintain the property by treating it respectfully and keeping it in great condition during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you let us know so we can replace items in time for the next guest.

3. Just a friendly reminder about our trash collection schedule during your stay:

If your stay overlaps with one of these collection days, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could place the appropriate bin(s) at the curb the evening before collection.

4. Important Pool Notice:

Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, perfect for enjoying a refreshing swim during the day.

Proper swimming attire is strictly required at all times within the pool area.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please note that a $250 fee applies if this rule is not respected.

The pool is a shared family space, and children may be present during your stay.

For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that glass bottles and cups are not used in or around the pool area.

After enjoying the pool, please take a moment to tidy up so the area stays pleasant for all guests. Let’s care for the pool area as if it were our own home.

5. Parking:

We kindly ask that you park your car on the driveway only. Please do not park on the turf (grass area), as it can be damaged.

6. Check‑in and check‑out at the agreed times. We operate on a tight schedule, with new guests often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance and cleaning services are also on a set schedule and needed to keep the property in great condition. Please be aware that these services cannot be rescheduled.
