The home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for different group sizes. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, creating a private and relaxing space. Bedroom 2 includes two trundle beds, one full size and one twin size, offering flexibility for guests. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each feature two full-size beds, making them ideal for families or groups of friends.

The property also includes two living areas. The living room by the kitchen features a sofa bed and provides a cozy space to relax or accommodate additional guests. The back living room also includes a sofa bed, giving your group extra space to unwind.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable common areas, and everything needed for a pleasant and practical stay.

Guests will enjoy easy and contactless access to the home. We will provide an electronic key passcode before arrival for a smooth check-in experience.

Important Neighborhood Notice

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise at a respectful level during the day and at night. Excessive and unreasonable noise may disturb neighbors and interfere with their peaceful enjoyment of their private properties. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and the surrounding community.

Other Notes

This is a self-catering property. We provide an initial supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

Lost & Found: Please make sure to take all personal belongings before checking out. If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back, a $100 handling fee will apply, plus the shipping cost. A receipt for shipping will be provided.

Pool service takes place on Wednesday mornings. Our pool technician does not enter the house but will need access to the pool area. The service is quiet and usually takes only a few minutes.

Pets are welcome. A $50 fee applies per pet. Maximum of 3 pets, up to 33 lbs each. Please inquire in advance for pets over this limit.

Pool heating is available for $45 per day.

The BBQ grill is free of charge.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. A $100 fee applies.
