Coral Breeze (Unidades A y B) es su nuevo paraíso. Cada lado de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños de este adorable dúplex cuenta con todo lo que necesita para sus vacaciones en la isla. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size con baño en suite con acceso directo a su patio tropical tiki y piscina privada climatizada. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama fabuloso. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y tiene todas las comodidades que tendría en su hogar. Estás a solo 2 minutos a pie del hermoso Golfo de México, donde puedes ver muchas hermosas puestas de sol o pasar el día simplemente disfrutando del sonido de las olas. Vea lo que la adorable Anna Maria Island tiene para ofrecer con sus exclusivas boutiques y fantásticos restaurantes, ya sea a pie o en el paseo en tranvía gratuito. Es posible que incluso desee reservar ambos lados del dúplex para reuniones familiares o grandes reuniones donde pueda dormir 8 y tener DOS piscinas y cuatro dormitorios. Hay una puerta entre las áreas de la piscina para que pueda maniobrar fácilmente de un lado a otro.

Location of the property was great! Pool was constantly 81, which was great for the kiddos, even when the outside temp was low 70s. Only wishlist for this property would be more spices (simple as salt/pepper) at the house for cooking and food storage - had to improvise on storage and buy spices. Would stay here again!

The stay was overrall good. We love the island. This property was OK. Need some updates, like the A/C that needs to be replaced, it dosen't work properly, the cleanliness.... not so good.... the pool was dirty at he time of the check in...

Good location. Quiet area and close to beach. Enjoyed the covered area which allowed us to sit outside and take a break from the sun. Only 1 mile from Pune Avenue shops. Only issue is kitchen did not have oven mitts and no grill utensils. Also no flat baking pans to heat up food in oven. Overall this was very nice

We had a wonderful time!!! Everything was as pictured and very clean. We needed a blender and the property manager dropped one off that same afternoon. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a home within walking distance to beach. It was about a block away from public beach access. We had an amazing time!

Our house on AMI was amazing!! Perfect location with just a small walk to the beach. The pool was great and the house was very clean. Will stay here again!!

We loved this duplex! We had friends on the B side and the kids loved running back and forth through the gate to the other side. House was small but perfect for 2 adults and 1 kid. Clean, well furnished and stocked. Beach access was really close!

Upon arrival, the temperature was close to 80 degrees inside the house. It took over 40 minutes for the ac to kick in. We noticed later that evening that the master shower wasn’t working. I tried it, my husband tried it without success . Several days in the row we switched on the shower again, without success only a few drip of water would come out. I emailed the property manager without getting a response until I emailed them again the day before we left. I took a video showing the shower not working and emailed it to the management in my first email . I requested a credit for a non working master shower. They replied back today with a video showing a working shower and basically telling us we did not know how to turn on a shower and literally making fun of us in the video, so disrespectful!!! The pool pump was also leaking, landscaping lights and pool light were not working so you we were not able to swim past sunset. Master bedroom felt like a basement room, no windows and master bathroom had a tiny window. The house is in a great location but it needs to be updated, too many small non working items. The pictures they provided are deceiving and have been photoshopped . I would not recommend this property based on the management. We have contacted and booked a different rental with a different property management for our next 2 week vacation rental in Anna Maria.

The property was a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beach and the backyard oasis with private pool made it hard to decide where to spend our sun filled days. The home was comfortable and had plenty of room for four adult guests.

Our family loved this rental! We have two littles (ages 5 and 1) and they loved the pool. The walk to the beach was very easy. This rental is in a perfect location. We will definitely stay here again! We ended up using the washer and dryer almost everyday even though we didn't anticipate that. I would recommend bringing laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent as these came in extremely helpful. We really appreciated having access to a broom and vacuum during our stay because our littles can be pretty messy. We loved the beach equipment and pool toys left by other renters for others to enjoy. We were thankful for door alarms with our littles. Overall we had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Some restaurants to try Ginny and Jane E's and Dips ice cream. We loved these! Wonderful memories made!

As for all,the last year has been a very stressful year. I was redeployed to the Covid ICU’s where I have worked as a nurse for 16 years in NY. The stress level was phenomenal. I so needed a vacation to relax and rewind. My parents, myself and my dog Bailey spent 2 perfect weeks at Holmes Beach. The house was exactly what it said it was. The pool was amazing private and neighborhood quiet safe and peaceful. The beach was less than a block away beautiful clear crystal water with white Sandy beach. The house was clean and very comfortable we had everything we needed. I personally loved the master bath shower strong flow and massaged my back loll. I would recommend this home 100% to anyone looking for a relaxing vacay. The real estate agent over the place was responsive not that we had any problems. Bailey didn’t like the heat but we did. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

It’s a block to beach and amenities provided allow for an enjoyable beach vacation. Would definitely rent again. Best suited to small groups if you want to be comfortable. Nice outdoor pool area as well that we really enjoyed in the afternoon after a day at the beach.

Very cute little house which was perfect for 4 people. We loved the pool and how close it is to the beach. It took longer to load the beach cart than it did to walk to the beach. The house is in a great location and it was very quiet. We were very pleased.

Ein sehr nett eingerichtetes und optimal in Standnähe gelegenes Ferienhäuschen. Toller Pool und Außenbereich. Leider ist die Pool-Pumpe oberirdisch installiert und etwas laut. Es hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört. Wir waren zu viert hier und hatten eine richtige Traumwoche! Können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen!

We loved our stay at coral breeze. The location was just perfect. It was steps away from the beach and the house was decorated so nicely and it was very clean. It had everything we needed from beach gear to a cart to carry everything in. The house was very welcoming. Thank you coral breeze! We will be back again!
