This house is too hot! We left our vacation early to go to a hotel!

This house is perfect in every way except for the air! It was programmed to go to unoccupied every 4 hours to kick it to 78 and on the 100 degree days in Florida, it was miserable. One bedroom was so hot that it felt like a sauna. We told our older children not to come because they would be miserable. It was so bad we did not look forward to going off the beach each day or in from the evening because the house was so hot. It only has a 3 ton air unit and needs at least a 4.5 or better yet two units. The house is too big for such a small unit. We actually left early to stay in a hotel. The house itself is perfect and would be the dream place to stay but we will never stay again.

Nice place, close to lots of things!

We were there for 2 weeks and it worked great for our kids. It could use a couple updates and repairs but it was decorated cute! Pool shared with the duplex next to us but it was never a problem. Their amenities list needs to be updated because there was a Keurig, a pack and play, and other things we wouldn’t have hauled down there. It was also a pain to get in the garage. Couldn’t access it from driveway, had to go in house upstairs to open it.

Highly recommended!

All great things to say…very large space within three blocks of beach;Well-appointed with everything you need; short drive to fun restaurants, groceries, pharmacy; clean pool; nice deck off dining area for morning coffee; all appliances worked well; beds were very comfortable; nice linens; bright, clean and comfortable rooms that were tastefully decorated. Overall, a super value and fantastic vacation!

Family Vacation

The property was great, especially for the price! The only thing we weren’t expecting was that there were no paper towels, dish soap, sponges, or laundry detergent provided, which we realized when we already needed said things! But other than that, it was great for our stay! Thank you!

Amazing stay!

An amazing house close to the beach. The wagon was big enough to haul all of our beach gear! Pretty close to trolley stops. The only negative thing I’d say is the beds were firmer than I liked but still would definitely book with them again!

Great rental

This place may not be as fancy as some others on the island, but for the price it was well worth it. Clean, sufficiently stocked, great location, we would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Great place for a family

Only real issue was the AC only goes down to 72 and it’s not cool enough and the beach was being dredged and it was not convenient to have easy access to the beach.

The house was very spacious and facilitated our party of 7 extremely well. It was clean and comfortable with ample bedroom and bathroom space. It had a large kitchen/dining area. The garage was very spacious and housed the beach equipment that was included. The large wagon held all of our beach equipment and made the short walk to the beach easy. The pool and grill area was a nice alternative to the beach. There were a few short comings, first the thermostat was set to 75 deg and appeared to be locked out to adjustment, this made the upstairs bedrooms very warm even with all ceiling fans running. Second the ice maker did not work from the beginning of our stay and didn’t get fixed until Thursday, (They did bring us a bag of ice to help out). Third the kitchen cookware was not large enough to cook large meals with the only frying pan being a small electric skillet. Anna Maria Accommodations were very helpful and responded promptly throughout our stay. These were minor inconveniences and overall our stay was great. Would definitely use this property again.

Lots of space for 3 couples. Great location for walking to the beach. Wi-fi worked and no issues with the house. Well stocked kitchen. Even had a wagon and some beach toys.

Very nice place to stay...great location!

We had a great vacation staying at Seahorse Cove in a great location. It is a townhome and we were fortunate that we did not have to share the pool area since no one stayed next to us. Plenty of room and kitchen was well stocked and all was very clean and the townhome was spacious. The location to the beach was just a couple blocks, tennis courts, basketball court and baseball field was just a couple blocks as well, not to mention shops and restaurants in walking distance as well. The area was very nice and family friendly. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future!
